A quick update, I have been talking to one of the gentlemen who was with me in the primary encounter, he goes by the name of "C"...
He's been nothing short of incredible in this whole ordeal. Anyway, he has provided me some details which may be useful, forwarding communication stream here

Currently confirmed that the RV-Pennybrooke is infact an "Adhouri" Civilian Class Gun Boat.

Do not presume others are not being proactive especially to announce it in a public address to all Zoner bases, a good way to annoy those who run said stations. Right now everything you have reported on is within Omicron Delta and Freeport 11 which isnt my jurisdiction that is for Miss Alexander to handle. And the same is probably true for all other stations, especially those much further away from the outer Rim.

When it comes to Omicron Kappa and Theta however that is where i will be pro-active. Sean Goodman is indisposed at the moment so I'm babysitting Freeport 9 and Corfu until we can establish a substitute Administrator or Goodman becomes fit to return to duty.
This being said all the information you do provide is being distributed to Consensus members and pilots, knowing what ship class the Pennybrooke is will make it easier for us to keep tabs on it.

Personally i wouldn't suggest getting Core and Order involved anymore then just letting them know about the Pennybrooke, this is of course Administrator Alexanders call to make.
