Just because ye' were reasonable, we won't be actively huntin' y'all.
But I'm afraid you bringin' thriving economy to yer big nation will still bite us right in the arse, so we won't be interested in investing more money in yer war efforts against us.
I understand yer points ye' brought up completely, but that's just how economy works y'see, be how much of a businessman you want to be, we simply can't fund our enemies wallets.
Now out of goodwill, I'll be nice and say this:
"Yer not allowed to bring trade through our space, but we shall allow ye' safely to pass through if ye' are noticed within our territory, and only if y'all will not be carrying any cargo in that time. "
