Now entire hell broke loose, with no announcements from either ALG or Rheinland government concerning said criminal investigations. In light of the recent developments, it does appear to me that the only people privy to what will happen are devs and perhaps very very tiny group of people in some obscure discord chat close to the devs. Of course, this now here is just speculation and could be unrelated.
Rheinland players couldn't do anything to sanction ALG's actions due to how the rules about RP consequences work in ALG's favor. Same way, ALG fought against Core, which were Rheinland's allies and Rheinland couldn't do jack to counter it. : ) I'm pleased for once that ALG is getting consequences for their actions that were against Rheinland's best interests.

This thing had the potential to be FP11 MK2. Neutrals under siege by evil imperialists, lots of factions rushing to join either side, all community interest focused on one place and memes coming out the wazoo....
Implies anything Rheinland has ever done did anything other than shot themselves in the foot in the long run. However that is the discussion for another topic, I want to know whether ALG thing was actually backed by anything or it was arbitrary decision done by few chosen with gold names.

And it was all railroaded into the ground :/
Are Golanski and Lyth really on the same side here and now? Oh man, oh man, hell is frozen again.
But yeah, I hope the next FP 11 like situation can be used for a looooong time. We had so many people investing time and creativity for this mess.. now it's gone q-q

I sat in-game the other day for what was about six hours of negotiating in that godforsaken theater. I knew negotiations would not go well, but they went pretty damn good and I had a helluva time.
Now I look at this, and I don't even see the same place. I see some weird, alternate universe where everything that was there suddenly wasn't there anymore, and things that weren't there suddenly were. I don't want anything to do with it. The whole thing feels dirty and personally I don't even want to acknowledge it as legitimate.
