Incident: Friendly escort

Details of Event: OS&C|ONE-Liquor_Locker was stopped for a routine inspection and found to have broken laws III-1 which states that Cloaking devices are not allowed unless of Law Enforcement ID. Also Law IV-3 which states a Bustard vessel is classed as a Warship and is restricted within Kusari.
Now an Orbital Spa & Cruise vessel is not really going to harm anyone so I assisted him in relaying the newly drafted and improved Laws of Kusari and also explained that all operatives of his company should read them again.

Once done he was escorted out without incident.

Incident: Non compliant Trader

Details of Event: James_Bolivar_di_Greez was asked to stop twice and also hold his position immediately, then he started to move away and I immediately used my cruise disruptor to stop him and as I approached him he opened fire on me and was relentless in his attack so I had to defend myself.

Which states......
II-5. In the discharge of their duties under this Legal Codex, the Law Enforcement Agencies of the Empire of Kusari may demand compliance from any ship within the jurisdiction of the Empire of Kusari. These demands must be within the scope of this Legal Codex and directed at upholding the laws of the Empire of Kusari. Failing to comply with a justified demand by a Law Enforcement Agency of the Empire of Kusari shall be considered obstruction of justice and be persecuted.
II-5a. Failing to comply with a justified demand shall incur a fine of 5 million S.C.
II-5b. Continuous failing to comply with a justified demand shall result in offender's detention or elimination.
II-5c. Aside from requirements when executing the provisions of this Legal Codex, the Law Enforcement Agencies of the Empire of Kusari may inter alia stop vessels for inspection, scan cargo and equipment, asking the ID, the points of departure and destination, etc. Such actions are considered justified demands.

Incident: 1. Outcast Battle / 2. Another Outcast / 3. Scanned a Zoner and accompanied "Beep".

Details of Event: First part of the patrol saw myself up against two Outcast Battlecruisers and Immediately put out a call for extra units to be deployed, but before more units could come there were some Kusari Naval vessels and another Police vessel who arrived.
We consequently engaged the Outcasts and some of them were destroyed but the surviving ones used jump technology to escape.

Also myself and the other Police Destroyer immediately got a distress call from Tottori area where another Outcast was spotted.
This one was very quickly dispatched as he was amongst some debris field and could not escape easily.

The third encounter was with an Auxesian vessel called "Beep" and seemed very friendly and was present at the first battle encounter. We spoke to a Zoner and I also scanned him, then we both made our way to New Tokyo and parted company.

Incident: Unregistered Installation

Details of Event: Along with |KSP|Sato.Hiroto, We were patrolling around Kusari and decided to pay Kyushu a visit, then low and behold we spotted a new installation next to Tsushima and close to the trade lanes. This installation had no apparent affiiliation to any house or organisation, which may deem it to be a possible smuggling installation or some other shady reason.

Action(s) Taken: The Kusari Naval Forces have been informed immediately

Incident: Making a new ally and friend

Details of Event: After consideration I decided to take the Battlecruiser Hatarumo, which has been standing idle for some time after her latest repair spell and refit. On departing from New Tokyo I eventually had a Zoner trader in the vicinity, which was scanned and told he was all clear. Then I had someone arrive that I had seen before. This vessel was "Beep", who is an Auxo, automated individual who is very friendly and communicates very easily with me. He has offered his services to the Kusari State Police, in the capacity to inform us of any illegal activity that he spots while he is visiting Kusari space.

This vessel is to be treated as a friend to the Kusari Police Force and is welcome anytime and I would like all Officers to look after "Beep" while he is in Kusari, and I would also go so far as to make sure he is not harmed in any way.

That is my patrol report for today -- Not much to report unfortunately

Incident: Zoner Anburusuki - Report

Details of Event: Zoner Identified as Anburusuki - Was spotted out of the trade lane approaching close to Planet Kyushu in the Kyushu system. She was immediately ordered to stop, but as I did so I saw a halo surround her vessel and she initiated a cloaking device. I immediately again asked her to stop and there was no compliance. So the target was lost on that occasion.

I decided to stay in Kyushu and patrol for the hostile pirates who pray on the area and took out a few around Planet Aso and around the Tau 29 Gate. After some time the Zoner decided to appear again from the jump gate and was immediately asked to stop. The Zoner complied and as she had some excuses for the cloaking device being present. I was soon joined by one of our SAT Battlecruisers which will remain annonymous for the duration of this report.Log will be displayed for the attention of SAT operations and a copy for High Command to view.

The Zoner was fined for not stopping, activating a cloaking device and also running from an officer. Myself and the SAT Battlecruiser escorted the Zoner back to Galileo, where she assured us the cloak would be removed. After some time the Zoner appeared again and had complied to the demand for the cloak to be removed.

Situation handled and also a very good test of one of our newly commissioned SAT Battlecruisers

Incident: Encounter with a GC in Kyushu.

Details of Event: After a routine traffic monitoring near Tsushima Depot as I was heading to New Tokyo gate, I spotted a GC ship codename GC-Serizawa.Aina Alongside a civilian ship codename '\S/'Pulsar.
Now, I did have an encounter with the civilian before near Tsushima, but nothing out of the ordinary.
The freelancers business with the GC ship is unknown.
I gave the GC the chance to clear the area without trouble, But he decided to stay.

Action(s) Taken: After a fight with the GC's VHF ship, my HF was disabled and towed back to Tsushima Depot.

Details of Event: Regular Patrol was interupted as soon as I undocked from Roppongi station and low and behold there was a Blood Dragon outside and challenged me.
Si I obliged and soon took him down

Incident: Patrolling Kusari's priceless system, a ship from Hokkaido was captured on the scan. I mediatly gave orders for the crew to prepare for any situation, as the rank of the ship could be capital or transport. Just in case we keep on our toes.

It happened to be a transport ship. We questioned him and he was kind enough to fulfill our request to stop his engines so we could check him for his papers.
Everything was in order. He was a merchant with non-dangerous cargo for the Kusari Empire. So we released him so he could go his way.

The neural log of the dialogue between me and the captain of the ship called Tenoshi_Nakamura is in the document below.

Incident / Details: Back on the bridge

Details of Event:
Taking control of Jun'yousenkan Hatarumo, I initiated proceedings for the crew to do a full check throughout the ship as a test to make sure everything was operational, after my return to service.

All systems were working fine and we did a patrol of Honshu, New Tokyo, and Shikoku without incident. We did not come across any other vessels, so it was a very smooth and quiet patrol.

It is good to be back Commanding the Hatarumo once again.
