¬ Overview
The New London system is the capital system of Bretonia space. It consists of one settled planet, five corporate bases, and the Battleship Somerset, local base of operations for the Bretonia Armed Forces. Interspace Commerce, Planetform and BMM have all set up operational bases in the system. As a result, the presence of Bounty Hunters are quite high around those stations.
The system is inhabited by multiple bands of criminals, with the notable examples of the Corsairs, Outcasts, Gaians and the Mollys. Most of these can be sighted around Trafalgar Base, run by the Junkers.
Due to the extensive mining and industrial operations, this system is heavily polluted. Most asteroid fields, as well as the South Hampton Debris field, are hazardous due to explosive gas pockets and radiation fields. Additionally large amounts of debris from the Gallic Invasion is scattered about the system with ongoing cleanup operations from Rheinlandic ALG. Therefore, caution is usually advised to anyone attempting to travel outside the trade lanes.
¬ Ecological State
A generally stable system though entirely stripped of space-found resources. Explosive gas pockets make travel through asteroid fields dangerous. High number of space debris from industry and war. System is plagued by micro-debris.

¬ Recommended Action
Political lobbying of governmental persons and continued assault of Canterbury Station.
The Leeds system is a crossroads of Bretonia space. Jump Gate access can be found in this system connecting to the Newcastle, New London, and Tau-31 systems. Following the Gallic Invasion, the system has effectively died with efforts to revitalize mining operations within the system. Criminal activity slows this process considerably and the loss of Planet Leeds has thrown control of the system into disarray. The system is infamously polluted to a point of massive smog clouds staining space, the size of small nebula outcroppings.
¬ Ecological State
Polluted, devastated system. Massive pollutant smog clouds coat large portions of the system, war-time debris litters the rest. Asteroid Field LD-14 contains radioactive uranium. Planet Leeds is a devastated world, with no recourse for correction.

¬ Overview
Unfettered by colony law, Curacao is run by Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines as a pleasure planet where every whim and decadent urge is fulfilled. The only sound that can be heard over the lapping waves on its fabulous beaches is the tremendous outpouring of credits by its patrons. This is not a planet for the idle vacationer; it was established to cater to the affluent from Manhattan and Los Angeles who, in many cases, have more currency than morals.
The planet is largely tropical. There are no large landmasses, but several beautiful archipelagos exist with some native palm-like forests growing on the larger islands. The waters of Curacao were unsuitable for any Earth fish species, or even algae, and the planet was initially ignored as one being unable to support human life. The Boorman Treaty forbade either Liberty or Bretonia from laying claim to the planet, so any expensive terraforming operations were out of the question.
It wasn't until 375 AS that Curacao became a place of renown. The planet was used as a midpoint for the trade lanes leading through Cortez. Realising the inherent advantage of a lawless tropical world, an upstart Liberty luxury cruises company called Orbital Spa and Cruise made a gamble and established a resort planetside. It was an instant success. Free of any taxations on gambling, royalties on trade and regulations on conduct, the company could cater to every whim of those select few who could afford their services. The planet hosts a number of illegal activities away from most prying eyes, though the rumours are not hard to find reputable.
¬ Ecological State
A tropical paradise world maintained purely through OSC's corporate management. Large swaths of the planet remain untouched ocean.

• Tropical Oceanic World
• Corporate Negligence
¬ Recommended Action
Assault of OSC shipments. Planet-side activism and sabotage.

Planet Veracruz is the sole habitable world of the Vespucci system, and previous seat of power for the Commonwealth of Liberty - an independent civilian government formed by the Hellfire Legion in 822 AS. Following the disastrous Siege of Bering in 827 AS, the newly formed Insurgency deposed the civilian government and reasserted military rule. This has resulted in significant internal discontent owing to uncertainty about the future of civil liberties and freedoms on the colony. In 829 AS the Liberty Navy mounted an assault through Kansas and into Vespucci to assault the Insurgents at their heart.
A census conducted by the Commonwealth in 826 AS placed Veracruz's population in the region of 125,000 people, with a large portion comprised of destitute Bretonian refugees who had fled the warzones in New London and Leeds. Veracruz's immigration policies and reliance on foreign labourers had resulted in long running tensions with Xeno movement, who accused the Commonwealth of betraying its Libertonian roots. The insurgency was stomped out, the planet bombarded for weeks. Now, the planet sits dormant.
¬ Ecological State
Veracruz has a harsh frontier landscape, with the extremes of temperature and weather complicating the Legion's early colonisation attempts. Much of the local economy is concerned with seasonal agriculture, and the small mining operations established in the frozen north. While the defunct Commonwealth had attempted to prioritise internal industrial development, these projects were consistently hamstrung by a lack of qualified civilian specialists.

¬ Overview
A small icy planet with an unusually active volcanic system. Previously considered unsuitable for conventional terraforming, Planetform has designed a new process to channel the planet's enormous subterranean stores of geothermal energy. Despite harsh conditions, the potential for jobs has attracted coarse, manual laborers to its few hospitable areas. Terraforming is considered complete
¬ Ecological State
In 741 AS, Planetform devised a method to channel the planet's enormous subterranean stores of geothermal energy, releasing greenhouse gases and introducing alien organisms into the atmosphere to speed up the terraforming process. Planetform estimated that the terraforming process would likely be completed around the year 826 AS, but temperatures had already risen by as much as 30 degrees on average by the mid 820s. Despite the harsh planetary conditions, the increasing availability of jobs on the planet had attracted large numbers of manual labourers, particularly from the Colorado system.

¬ Overview
Discovered in 769 AS by an expedition mapping the uncharted systems beyond Freeport 5, Planet Gran Canaria (Bretonian: Exeter) was thought to be a new hope for a peaceful life on a hospitable world far from House territory. Hailed as a paradise world among the barren and lifeless rocks so common in the Edge Worlds, the local Zoners quickly took advantage of their discovery, sending a large survey and colonization team to the Omega-48 system, hoping to establish an independent colony there before other groups arrived in-system. Not long after, migrants fed up with living under House laws and taxes began arriving on Gran Canaria, establishing many loosely connected settlements around a particularly lush river delta.
In 772 AS, a jump hole to Dublin was discovered in an outcropping of the Barrier Nebula in the system, revealing that Omega-48 was much closer to Bretonian Space than had been thought. The Zoners, considering the overcrowding on planets New London and Leeds, realized that if the Bretonians discovered the system, the planet would be overrun by Bretonian settlers and possibly brought under Bretonian, or even worse, BMM control. Fearing that either Bretonia or the Mollies of Dublin would try to claim the system, the Zoners of Gran Canaria launched a series of disinformation campaigns seeking to hide any evidence of the world. For a time, the planet was hidden, but as the Dublin Conflict expanded, the Gran Canarians became concerned that Bretonia would eventually stumble upon the system during its endless skirmishes with the Mollys.
In 803 AS, the Gran Canarians made a strategic decision to disclose the routes into Omega-48 to the Corsair Empire, in exchange for protection from other aggressive parties and rights to establish their own settlements on the planet. Under this agreement the Zoners persuaded the Corsairs to treat the Freeports in their territory more favorably, while the Corsairs would develop a colony on the vibrant world and gain an alternate route to strike Bretonia and the Mollys from an unexpected quarter. This route was later used by the Corsair Empire to destroy the Molly colony on Planet Cork in the bitter conflict between Corsairs and Mollies in Bretonia.
Soon after Corsairs raiders began streaming through Bretonia from Omega-48, the system was discovered by both the Mollys and Bretonia. The population of the planet jumped following the deployment of a force of Bretonian troops to hold the planet, and an exodus of Corsairs and Zoners unwilling to live under Bretonian occupation. In the months following the invasion, plans for large scale, organised and drastic settlement had been set in motion.
Following the breakthrough in making Planet Carlisle habitable, the use of planet Gran Canaria became increasingly seen as an unnecessary burden on Bretonia, and the government enacted a policy of withdrawal from the volatile system in favor of the Newcastle system which is much safer and secured.
¬ Ecological State
Gran Canaria proved to be only a temporary paradise, as the Omega-48 beta star has a highly elliptical orbit, and while it is near aphelion, the planet experience cyclic ice ages. Temperatures are expected to drop sharply over the coming years, and mass climate destabilization is expected while the seas fall and the glaciers advance.

¬ Overview
Since its discovery in 640 AS by explorers, there has been reported roughly a dozen attempts at colonization all of which, save the most recent, failed. Early attempts at colonization struggled due to the lack of strong supply lines from off-world.
DSE's last serious attempt at surveying and starting the colonization process was cut short due to rampant piracy and other criminal actions, likely Outcasts. The Crayter Republic expanded into the system shortly after, seeing an opportunity and getting to work right away. Construction of Sabah Shipyard was the priority followed by the construction of the planetary docking ring. The major cities and settlements are all "floating cities", which are constructed over the oceans to avoid the flora of the mainland.
¬ Ecological State
Yuma is a lush world that, at first, seems ideal for human population; with its vast seas, temperate islands, and a wide equatorial band of humid tropical terrain, it seems to practically beg for human inhabitants. However. the overly-aggressive native flora is capable of re-growing in cleared land at astonishing speeds and chokes out synthetic crops with ease. It was found that Planetform was brought in to enact a discriminating campaign of eliminating huge swaths of native flora.
