Ok, that last one wasnt serious, but the first one was.
There is also the possibility that the A.I.'s would view combat on a math/profit base level.
Meaning...is there something to be gained by combat?
If no, does repair costs out weigh victory profits?
If no..then combat non-efficient.
It is possible that two hostile AI ship of equal size and guns, could figure out that war is costly and being blown up is not efficient as just ignoring each other 'this once' and going back to their main missions.

Other things the AI's could talk about is how unfair or fairly humans/bio-mass in their home sector of space interact with machines.
Or talk about their base programming::
1: "I'm a PC."
2: "I'm sorry to hear that."
1: "Me too."
