And therefore you will quite happily take the 'blue' and grab the cargo they drop. What is the issue?

The whole point of being wild is to attack silent traders because in otherway they wouldve escape
How if, as you have already stated most Traders are silent, is the /1 /2 shoot (terrorising) any different from 'Stop', they carry on, you shoot, any different? The same result is achieved.
The only difference is that those who give minimum RP, just to get 'blues' now have to work a little bit harder to those 'very few' non-silent Traders (but not much harder) with /1 - Nice Cargo /2 - Drop cargo or hand over x amount of credits).

I can't quote anything as it's difficult on my phone but I'll answer a few questions.
GBs won't be coming to the IDs at the moment due to the power of these IDs with ZoI and tech. Across all 3 IDs you basically have a terrorist ID in half of serious and then pair them up with a Nomad from Khara or Vagrants it's basically a global terrorist ID. That's the main reason at the moment though depending on how the ID goes later on down the line, provided the IDs isn't abused, I'd be down to take a revisit at the GB proposal.
Nomad bases not in ZoI. Speaking honestly that slipped my mind so I'll look at that when I get home from work.
Attacking transports outside house space. Again this is something I'd be open too once the new IDs have had a chance to settle in with the current status of the IDs. I intend to review that and GBs at a later date.
Bretonian and Liberty Wild were originally on the list to he discussed but we're cut due to the same above reasons. A terrorist ID being serious wide. This is definitely something I intend to review again soon once the IDs have settled in a bit.
I'll take a look at Lausanne Complex later when I get home.

Honestly this argument doesn't really work, chief. Especially with the patch coming up soon where the Scorpion hasn't been made deliberately worse. If we pretend for a moment that all Gunboats are equal even now (they aren't) then giving the IDs one or twenty Gunboats shouldn't make much of a difference.
I think giving the IDs their respective House gunboat is fine.

It's a petty excuse: the ID already has a gunboat and it will be all the same whether it has access to a wider range of it or not. Variability and flexibility is better than being confined to a single mediocre ship. Plus the incentive to be creative about covert activities on said ID, not just it's abuse to attack anything that moves anywhere in the ZoI.

What Haste said + the nature of roleplaying a Scorpion is very limited. It is literally, as the infocard states, a combat drone that /l1 /l2 engages enemies. Not only that, it screams you're a nomad ship from a mile away. At least on house gunboats there are more possibilities to play undercover and do actual roleplay than [[::Hostiles Detected::]] [[::Engaging cleanup protocol Charlie Mike 7::]]
