Mr Goodman of the Consortium has contacted OSI about Liberty's potential move upon Freeport 14.

As I explained to him, Freeport 14 is the Spiritual Home of OSI, it has been part of our organisation since its very beginning.
I have reassigned some of my security pilots to bolster Freeport 14's protection and I am on the Freeport personally to assist the Administrator.

In my mind however, this isn't something that can be solved with just muscle, we need to be clever and make use of any avenue and advantage we can. If that means "nudging" other "elements" in the right direction. Then thats how it should be played.

Additional information has become available in the interim. While there is a significant military buildup in West Avlemore, there have yet to be any further actions in the 18 days since. While the situation has thankfully not escalated as expected, we do still believe that it is better to form a command structure and establish rapid response protocols rather than wait to react if and when they do begin their assault.

We have contacted other elements in-system. The Platform and Auxo have proven amenable. The Junkers have been more... difficult. You may have more success with them than we, however, as we have a long history of conflict, regardless of present neutrality or mutual enemies. If a rift can be created between Crayter and Liberty, that would do wonders in disrupting their supply lines, but I have yet to find any way to get between Liberty and their Coronadan pets. We may also have a solution that could oblige DSE to us, but it is contingent on Auxo's comfort. Barring that, an IMG presence may soon be established in-system, but that is still up in the air.

The Xenos have similarly proven surprisingly inactive. We anticipated waves of Xenos fighters in-systems, as well as action by the Harmony and her battlegroup. Instead they have given nary a peep. We have little information on their current plans or activities, but will update you when we do. If you can find anything, we would greatly appreciate it.

A distraction in Vespucci is already in the works. I cannot give details, but there will be a substantial operation in-system we can use as cover soon. We intend to use it to jump the Pandion out, but repair supplies must come first. We believe freighters are themselves inherently subtle enough as to not raise alarm, and plans are underway to deliver our engineers to the mothball site as we speak. As for Tijuana, we only want it to survive and thrive. Any other objectives are for the future.
