The GMG Miner/Transport (Kamome) was indeed my final choice. It's perfectly suited for what I have in mind, and isn't even OORP.

The only reason I wanted to avoid Kusari ships is I didn't want to get hassled in Bretonia. The GMG ship, at least, isn't quite so obviously Kusari.
