"Mr. Bess, I'm not going to ask you again. Refrain from interrupting these negotiations, or I'm going to have one of my men put a bullet in your head. I've already had to take time out of these peace talks to send a transmission to the Council of Zoners regarding your irrational and radical behavior, and to be honest I'd prefer to get a response and decision from them before having to resort to violence. None of us are violating freeport law, and if anything it is you who have done so by opening fire in the No-Fire-Zone on a ship that did not provoke you or threaten the freeport in any way."
"This is your last warning before I let the dogs loose, get out of this room, and stay out until we're finished."

"Ahem, I apologize for my rude interuption... However, I witnessed no such demands. I do not know who you think you are, Mr. Bess. Persephone II under command of Captain Tate is the Primary Guard of Freeport 11, And when she isnt around, I am. I highly doubt the Council will accept such an out-of-the-ordinary request... A proposed banishment of one of our closest allies, not to mention one of our defenders when that Nomad raiding party showed up. That is laughable, my dear friend."
The Admirality has been informed of this dialogue now and will be interested in holding a dialogue with the stated representatives for further discussions.
Perhaps you should spend more time at our chambers or not.
As commanding officer of the Emerald Star former part of the ZRT strike force, now integrated in the defence forces of the Zoner Trading Consortium i and my fellow Zoner friends have defended Freeport 11 and Freeport 1 of the jelly and jelly loving factions.
Beside that my little trading vessel the Emerald Glow had provided A LOT of ZONER ONLY supply runs for a very long time and helped to support our maintance crews on all Freeports in Sirius.
Perhaps you missed the Council's motions on our now offical policies.
There is absolutely no reason to ignore our policies, even after explained by me for three times.
And i do not care were that warship was is or will be from.
I expelled him, revoked his right to call himself a pope and told him to leave or to dock.
That merchant, plumber, gunsmith, captain or gardener just received the treatment like everyone else - including the jellies.
If you are still not enlightened i suggest you visit the temple in Baffin or just perhaps or not.
Now what is in Sparta's name the problem here?
I asked for the tickets but there were none.
I asked to get some but i got ignored.
And doing Kinderherding is not part of my job description.
Freeport 11 is absolutely not a place to commence a meeting BEHIND the lines - or please tell me a way to explain to our guests at Freeport 10 why there are artefacts on the tables in the bar.
Well I have to confess that i'm not a diplomat but a shipwright and warrior.
My intention was and will be to protect our installations all over Sirius and to ensure our neutrality.
And a Liberty warship like any other not allied warship in front of any of our installations, especially at this very Freeport, is not acceptable to me.
I gave more than three warnings and even explained them - dock or just move out of out NFZ.
If any visitor got a problem with this simple rule i got no problem to turn him into a fried jellie or you.

"Yes, we're well aware of the Tundra, and there are reports of other ships like it being found within the other Houses. Political subversion was a tactic we saw widely used by the Nomads in the first Nomad war of 798 A.S., and with their attempts at manipulating individuals having failed, it seems they're turning to other tactics in order to pit human nations against one another."
"Luckily for us, we can see the meaning behind that subversion. The Nomads arent strong enough to take on any one house in a full scale assault, they still need to weaken us, which means if we can stop these schemed wars and rally the houses together, we stand a good chance at eradicating any Nomad threats left in Sirius."
"The problem, of course, lies in exposing these manipulations. We're a small organization, Admiral, and despite the skill of our pilots and our steadfastness in protecting humanity, we simply do not have the influence needed to change the minds of these nations that have gone to war. We know the Liberty-Rheinland war was sparked by nomad interference, and likewise we know the Kusari-Bretonia war was initiated in the same manner, the problem is lack of evidence. Without evidence, we cannot convince people to stop fighting."
"There has been investigation into whether other conflicts that have recently begun within Sirius are the work of Nomad agents as well. The group known as the Oracles have caused no end of trouble for us, as they are infiltrating every group within Sirius, and through their actions as servants of the Nomads, more wars are started."
"So yes, The Order is aware of this information, though you offering it does help this diplomatic process along. The problem is finding a solution to the ever-increasing effect the Nomads are having across Sirius. The only way we're going to be able to stop their spread is by uniting all four houses, along with the more powerful non-house elements throughout Sirius. We need to divert their focus from fighting each other to routing out infestation."
"Commander, it is certainly good to hear that the Order is on top of thing intel wise, there is much the LSF can learn from your people I believe. That or the LSF simply aren't very interested in releasing information, perhaps more politics at work"
*sigh*
"Now if only we could continue without further distractions, it makes it hard to form clear thoughts... especially seeing my ship come under attack by a rogue Zoner of some sorts.."
"I believe the points you made Commander are all valid and need to be considered, indeed the Nomads have adapted strategies, and I would surmise may have also adapted their forms to be immune to our Nomad scanners. There most definitely are some darker forces at work then a few politicians. The unification of all humankind is a glorious goal, one I would very much hope the Navy can be a part of."
"Besides that immediate threat, we've also located the location of a few dormant alien jumpgates near Liberty, it is unknown at this point what they are for or where they lead, but we feel they may pose a significant threat."
"I'm afraid while I may have an official rank of Admiral, it doesn't hold much power with HQ. My division is in fact simply a small one in the Navy and it may be difficult to get the other Admiralty to open negotiations... though I'm certain one or two can be reached"
"If I may I'd like to use a comm panel to contact HQ and request an official meeting be set, perhaps we can get some of the higher ranked officers involved here"

Kaylee picked up her datapad from the conference table, retrieved a communications transponder from one of her officers, and slid it across to Admiral Porter.
"Word has been received from our High Command that they will take the negotiations from here. It was a pleasure meeting you, Ms. Porter, but I cannot proceed with negotiations any further. Order High Command members will be able to continue this discussion via that transponder, perhaps it would be best to take it back to your superiors so that those with the proper authority can discuss the terms of a treaty. I need to get back to my ship, apologies for the behavior of the Zoners today, and I hope they didnt damage the Thunderbay too heavily."
Kaylee left the room with her officers and guards trailing behind, bumping into John Bess on the way out, "Mr. Bess, your attitude is unfitting for a Zoner, I suggest you shape up. Your people are known for political savvy, and it is quite apparent you have none."

Negotiations between the Order and the Liberty Navy:
The High Command of the Liberty Navy, specifically Admiral Hale and I, have caught wind of these talks taking place on Freeport eleven in Omicron Delta.
As such, the admiralty refuses to acnowledge any and all agreements and deals between our two parties here. It will not be supported by the main arm of the Liberty Navy and by extension, no other part of the Liberty Navy. Admiral Porter, I don't know how you could think that peaceful meetings between Order and Liberty Navy officials could go unnoticed. I warn you now, such negotiations are not acceptable, both politically and militarily. Dialogue between the Order and the Liberty Navy only serves to undermine our position beyond Zone 21, something which both myself and Admiral Hale feel is unacceptable.
Henceforth, any results of these negotiations are void.
The Order High Command noticed the sadly decision of the official Liberty Navy to break up all negociations. We thanks the cpt Porter and Stayte about this unsuccessful try to harmonize the relation between Order and Navy but it seems the talk is over.
Liberty Navy is still hostile to Order and we will do the same against them. Till maybe any others diplomatics stances could be engaged by Liberty.
*patterspon was sitting in his quarters on the louisbourg and scanned through the logds of the chats and sighed* "that was the worst mistake they coulda made as we now have a 4 front war nomads, pirates, rhineland, and the renewed active hostilitys of the order"
*he looked too a new set of datapads and took a swig from anearby wisky bottle *"damned pirates thell kill this country"
I should have known High Command would be this foolish. What would the problem be in simply talking? see what their demands are what we can do to accommodate a cease fire...
I am very disappointed... though I thank those in the Order willing to give it a chance, it would seem... my government is too stubborn in their ways to negotiate. Despite this, I do hope me and my Vessel has gained some trust from the Order, I hope to work with you folks some time in the future, despite my governments ways.
