there isnt a lot of room for error in LF's, if you make a mistake it'll count heavily on your armor, so it's worth carrying a missile just to cut down the length of the fight, and therefore having less chances to slip up.
also, 4 guns on most LF's is pretty harsh on the powerplant

It's more agile than the Eagle with a bigger plant. Arguably the nastiest razor platform that no one has ever bothered using.
I don't know if you like this, but I use the following setup: 1 Deb, 2 Buckshots (same re-fire and speed as the Deb) and a Cannonball. I know that you might have issues with BHG weapons, but still...
