Well even if there was a faction on another server, and was migrating, and they had the SF tag.. It wouldn't matter. They wouldn't be allowed to use that tag, as that tag is already in use. Just like no one would be allowed to use the AW tag, as its already in use.

Ok it seems this problem is not going away, infact it is getting worse there are now 3 of them [SF]Sirus, [SF]Link and [SF]Spyda, they are the ones I have seen (though spyda and link could be same person) and when I was asking Link about it he said they are a gaming clan called "Special Forces" and that there will be more of them and he will not drop the tag and that we also can't make them drop it.

Well he is right. We can't make him change it. The admins can however. I think the admins should remove the SF tags and put admin notifications in his cargo.

and before any one says he might have been AFK I had the same thing happen and he was moving through systems he just ignores you when you tell him he can't have the tag.

OK let me explain what is going on... I have talked with the "false SF" the most I believe... they responded to me anyway.

So, it seems after I told [SF]Sirus about the bounty on his head, his been pissed at me (I wonder why lol) anyway, I took it all light hearted... simply stating that "look we were here first... why not just choose another tag", anyway, the next day or so, I see Sirus on (no TAG) and as I'm writing him a /tell he messaged me lol

He said something along the lines of "ok happy now? but we are still fighting.. WAR OK?"
I tell him that for one thing... this was NEVER about a war (god some people!!!) and then I go on to tell him that it was only fair we ask him to give up the tag!, anyway, he goes on about his 20 mates.. and how they are coming over here, and how they will war with us! I think about point out to this guy that this is a RP server and that you shouldn't just start a war because you feel like it.. but I realise this might just go way over their heads ( I smell PvP Whores)
Anyway, I this point I think that it#s no point any longer talking to this person.. after all his not got the TAG anymore, and so it's not a problem for me anymore. But still they go on about wanting to fight.. and how we were the first aggressors (which may be right, but we also had every right!)

ANYWAY.. sorry this is going way longer than I hoped... I think one or two admins should just talk to these guys and tell them that two very different clans can not have the SAME tag.. and well first come first serve!! PLEASE one of the admins sort this out!

Now my personal response to the false SF;

Look.. we are not backing down.. we are just pointing to how dumb this whole thing is!, but hey you want a fight.. you'll get it... we'll just let you fire first.. and at the end of it all, when the smoke clears and the guns go silent, [SF] Sirius Federation will still be here!!!! I mean if you don't even understand the concept of only one clan being able to use any given TAG, then man we should be able to kill you all blindfolded.
***Sorry if this sounded a little flame like, didn't mean too, just putting out my feelings after 2 or 3 days of trying to talk to a brick wall.. err I mean False SF members.. ahh wait that's it!! FSF they are the FSF (False SF) lol***
