Sup, some have a RL, and alot of spare time. which some use for gaming, alot.

now, on topic :
If you would come up with a good RP ( most unlikely, the only few factions( NPC and player alike ) that can go and shoot the crap out of who ever they want, are :
Nomads-tagg not availible.
The wild- tagg not availible.
Phantoms-tagg only for, well, phantoms!
( please add if i missed something )

Well, the only fleet I'd see as RP-excused to do so is a nomad fleet.

However for obvious reasons I don't see this happening.

Personally, I'd really sometimes love to jump into a nomad battleship and fly like and RP-excused PvP whore, but it's not it.

Haven't seen anyone flying a nomad ship since...wooh, a few months.
