According to the News on several stations in Gallia, the Corse is unlikely to leave Gallic space. They share the isolationist view of the Royals. With your group spreading out into the Sirian territory you directly interfere with the business and markets of the Brigands.
And why you just add Brigand ships to your roster as those would be yours?
There will soon exist some inRP regulations including the Courier/l'Ane, where I would ask you as faction to comply with those.
Then in the traditions of a 'mafia' I read in your proposal, so Iam asking myself why the Gallic corporations are hostile right from the start? If you want to work like a 'mafia', keep connections to the corporate haulers and dont shoot at them in the first place. So setting them back to unfriendly would be reasonable.
You want to let Sirian pirate groups and every criminal operate under neutral flag in Gallia?
Well, the Brigands dont want that, its our market and we dont like to share it with outsiders. This could lead to troubles.
And Sirian Lawful Forces are for sure not welcome in Gallia. But aslong they dont interfere with the business of us all and fight the GRN, we dont care.
To the Sirian corporations operating in Gallia, several News read that the Corse is not interested in them and deal with them just out of chances where those enter the Zones of Interest of the Corse.
In short, No, you dont pirate them in Languedoc for example.
You control the black market? The Corse controls merely 1/4 of the markets, the rest is under protection of the Brigands and you dont dare to interfere with our business.
You want to deal with Cardamine in Gallia, dont let the Brigands and as far as I heard also the UC catch you doing so, you wont like the result.
Cardamine is an addicting drug and more as that makes people dependent from the Outcast.
Ships hauling it are halted, cleared and send back to Sirius, the cargo is destroyed.
--- Else as that:
Nicely written preview. The text is a bit hard to read, but thats not such an issue. Good graphics.
While Qashqai may be arguing from a Brigand point of view, you would do well to consider what he is saying. The Unione Corse is, first and foremost, composed of businessmen. Dirty businessmen. They don't want to free Gallia from the "oppression" of the Crown or advance the political agenda of reuniting Gallia with the other Houses. They want cash. Cold. Hard. Credits.
Realistically, the course you would have many members of the Corse angry because you are hurting them where it hurts most... yes, the wallet. Hostile to the Gallic Corporations but not the Gallic Royal Police? You could skim money off all of those organizations. Welcoming other criminals into Gallia? Competition. Cardimine? That's money that could be going to the Corse that is instead going to the Outcasts.
I don't mean to bash you here, I'm just giving you a different perspective. The Corse are one of the most interesting factions in the game. They're also one of the only criminal organizations to actually agree with the Crown that the isolation is a good thing.

Answer to this remark: First of all, you intend to regulate a freighter and a transport? That are the only ones we are allowed to use? Oook...
There is a reason we have not put the Brigand ships in our allowed ones; We wont use them, not even the Gunboat. But we will be using the Transport and Freighter.
And yes, we are -not- as Unione Corse, we are Pro-Council, we agreed on their ideas of opening the Borders, heck if you read the Unione Corse information (it is in our texts) the Unione Corse assisted the Council in the war, according to this RP one of the reasons would be cause of the Bloody Rose (not entirely of course).
But as stated in my previous post, the Unione Corse have been interested in expanding their operations into Sirius, they are just more hesitant then others. The Bloody Rose, are not.
We want that change, cause we want to expand our influence into other Criminal groups in Sirius, gain allies and new products to put on the Gallic market (Black Market)

Answer: Cause they in turn serve the crown, which we do not, we serve our own purposes, and we WONT fire first, that has been stated, we are not terrorists nor "pirates" we just want to disrupt their trade a little.
To illustrate my point:
You want to let Sirian pirate groups and every criminal operate under neutral flag in Gallia?
Well, the Brigands dont want that, its our market and we dont like to share it with outsiders. This could lead to troubles.

In short, NO, you dont pirat them in Languedoc for example.
Answer(s): No, did we type that? (literally?), no we did not, we do not want everyone cruising around Gallia thinking they are welcome, we do how ever want the Borders open, we want to be able to use their influences to increase our own, Gallia is not the best place to be with this opinion I agree, but the Council as the Bloody rose wants this.
We aren't Pirates, we aren't Brigands or Maquis, we are Maffia, we seek to increase profit and influence (don't think I can be more clearer then that.)
You control the black market? This was a joke right? The Corse controls merely 1/4 of the markets, the rest is under protection of the Brigands and you dont dare to interfere with our business.
Answer: It will be rewritten, that I can agree with, they dont, hence why they seek for outside products and influences.

Answer(s): Hah! And why not? It is perfectly logical for the Unione Corse to get into the Cardamine smuggling business.. Why you ask? Well, money/profit/monopoly, gaining more power within the Black Market.

Just think about it.
Answer:
Then why did the Corse assist the Council in the war?
And why do they have them as enemies on the rep chart?
The Royal Crown (navy) is incorruptible, therefor impossible to get past, they are an obstacle, no matter how you twist and turn it.

1. I -asked- you as group to comply with what may be coming. That will include the Courier/l'Ane and you wont break any of your legs corporating with us here, believe me.
2. The Corse is not Pro-Council. The Corse is Pro-Corse. Also, the diplomatic relations you quoted, its not as easy as that, please dont think it would.
3. With expanding your operations into Sirius and searching for allies there, you will be on your own. The other Corse group and we are already working on some nice plans how we can each follow our lore and still gain the profits out of Sirius. Corse/Brigands is about cooporation, a part you intent now to deal with on your own.
The Brigands bring all that shiny new commodities from Sirius and with the help of the Maquis and the Corse, we deliver it to Council and Royal lawful stations, profit for everyone.
4. You want to be a 'mafia', start acting like one.
5. Cardamine is frowned upon by the Brigands. We catch you with that, you will pay for bringing it. Its as easy as that.

Answer: It is, let me put this nicely: Silly, to try to regulate the Transport and Freighter (Come on -.-)
And I can't answer that until I know more.
2. The Corse is not Pro-Council. The Corse is Pro-Corse. Also, the diplomatic relations you quoted, its not as easy as that, please dont think it would.
Answer: Yes the Unione Corse and the Bloody Rose are PRO-Unione Corse, of course they are -.- But the Bloody Rose are Pro-Council as well, they wanted the same thing, but didn't want to wage open war with the crown.

Answer: Hmm? So, that seams perfectly good? Hmm? Well, as I understood it you weren't interested in Sirius?
Well, the bloody Rose knows they're alone in Sirius. Perfectly well.
4. You are a 'mafia', start acting like one.
Answer: Mind elaborating on that?
5. Cardamine is frowned upon by the Brigands. We catch you with that, you will pay for bringing it. Its as easy as that.
Answer: Cant see what you don't know of right? And would you really be looking for Corse traders, by Corse bases carrying things? o.O

1. Skype.
2. We -are- spreading our operations into Sirius due to the Brigands lore, the Corse is not doing so according to the News and Rumors on several stations. That is why we are working on a cooperational basis to gain the most profit out of our each business whilst working together using the connections of the other group.
3. Skype.
4. We dont know? Maybe we got already in contact with people from Sirius? Maybe we already heard what they say about Cardamine? Maybe we got samples too to investigate what is true about it and what not?
Kudos to the Bloody Rose and you have my support.. it looks great and should be very nice to RP with you in game.
Some people like to bash a faction over "wrong doings" that said people do not do themselves.
I understand your goals and objectives in RP and i find it very interesting.. however the Brigands "Restricting" stuff and acting like a military force attacking Police bases is a NO NO.. so i would suggest talking to the FBG) they might be more reasonable in their RP.
