Well, as Exile said, I play Discovery for the people rather than the game itself, so technically, if I had to buy the game, I would be buying people, meaning you all would be getting prostituted by the admins.

Although I'm more than willing do my part & donate to help keep everything running, if this place turned into a pay for play environment, I'd offer both my buttcheeks for everyone to kiss on my way out the door forever.

There has yet to be a game invented that is worth paying for beyond it's sticker price by force.

I love discovery, but I love it because of the people not the game (although everyone seems to have a dislike or a "look down" on me kind of attitude)
It's the community that's the best part of discovery (in my opinion)

you cant make it pay2play cuz microsoft would wtfpwn the entire dev team, the server hosts, and possibly those who participated in playing it (depending on how much they want to do. Remember microsoft beat USA back in 1998 when they were hit with an antimonopoly law).

If microsoft can beat the US government and say it isnt a monopoly and steal software from everyone and rebrand it (the vista spyware utility is Giant Antispy rebranded, for example) (also, J# was an unlicensed reinterpretatin of Sun Java) then wtf do you think they gonna do to you fools?
