Maybe... but stronger NPC would help pirates to understant that camping in front of fort Bush means a complete destruction of RP. It's just not credible that Liberty would freely allow pirates to camp in front of its strongest fortress.

I vote for stationary BS near 'hatten.

They are pretty good at killing about anything, fighters, bombers and with the infinite cerb, it can damage caps, which npcs can't do at all.

Liberty yea... lets think about the equippment first hmmm Magma Hammers got fixed, yeah they deal big damage so those are fixed . Now lets see... Liberty has laser guns aswell... those useless blue guns called "Vengeance"
I heard they deal more damage since the new mod yeah riiiight upgraded with 20 or less to hull or something like that how about trying to upgrade these guns aswell? To hull damage 500 and Shield 350.
And no the options aren't the magma hammers, I refuse to use the magma hammers because are too slow.

And for the npcs now... add some new type of npc patrols like: LPi Liberators with 4 magma hammers, and Navy Guardians with full setup of magma hammers or vengeances also a torpedo or cds.
These new npcs should be active around stations in Liberty including Manhattan.

There are lawfull NPCs that are rather powerfull - capship patrols.
Lawfulls can also rather easily get near a friendly station which can de-shield caps.

So I don't quite see why also other NPCs should be buffed much.

Yeah and when there are 40 people at server. Then NPCs are everywhere. EVERYWHERE!

*kicks one NPC from his bed*

EVERYWHERE!!!

No srsly

If I compare lawfull NPCs and unlawfull for example in Omegas, Liberty are really weak. Morning this thing happend to me:

I met 7 corsair titans which were hostile to me. I was in my borderworld transport in O-49. They destroyed me in 2 minutes. Because they have CDs and powerfull guns. Lost whole cargo. Compare it with Liberty flying hot dogs and you see.

I would like to see all NPC fighters -AND- bombers (like one bomber in a wing) at the level which are Templars spawning near Stokes. Yes, that would be more interesting then.

I'd just like to add that during high server load periods there might be no NPCs in your area, regardless of the loadout you set them to have. Stationary objects are the only thing you can rely on sometimes.

If an NPC can knock out your shields, an NPC is strong enough to disrupt your RP.

I can't stand pirates who sit around bases of any sort. You are right, it is bad rp. The solution may not be stronger npc's, but maybe some high powered weapons platforms?

Like I said, a stationary BS could be a nice idea.

And let say the place that is plagued with this is 'hatten. The thing is, its very easy to be too far away from the only station with a lot of firepower in that area which is newark.

So Jarek can come, pwnzor some ppl before getting killed by a Cruiser and a Bomber.
