Vigilnates, wherefore art tou?

I was planning on making a three-man Vigilante group with my friends:

Civ ships
Lib weapons
Batman names

WE thought that up. I call Bat_Girl.

oh please god no, not a batman group. that screams oorp imho.

the vigilante id has some great rp potential. but yeah, flying alone all the time and getting everyone shooting at you isn't my idea of fun...

I'll put this idea in the fridge then, for later use. if ever.

I Understand the restrictions on a vigilante but I dont understand why any EVERYONE would be chasing you.
Shouldnt police and military be treating you as a civillian unless caught doing the wrong thing?

I am looking to start a vigilante char and have actually been pondering this very question..
