This is Fleet Admeral Kreig of the Rhinland Military. Due to increasing hostilities, the Frankfurt system has been placed under Martial Law. Helgoland Base in the Sigma-13 system, being part of the Rhinland Empire, has requested our assistance. The near-by Junker base, Yanagi, has agreed to allow small patrolls in the area to guard the New Berlin jump hole. This is a warning; Any AW, IG, or TG vessels found in Sigma-13 will be asked to leave only once. I repeat, any AW, IG, or TG vessels found in Sigma-13 will only be warned away ONCE. Further actions will be discussed when a meeting of all active RM ships have been gathered. As of now, no overly hostile actions will be taken unless provoked. First. TG are not allies with us and IG ahsn't done anything so please explain yourselves in that point.

Second (and most important), By entering Sigma-13 you are in violation of the treaty discussed by me and the chanceller at the end of the conflict that War/Peacemaker started. If RM does not remove themselves from Sigma-13 and keep it neutral, I may only decide that you plan to violate this treaty and will open fire on any and all RM ships in Sigma-13.

As RM is being agresive to Imperial Guards,that aren't invloved in this war we declare our space(or any systems that we border whit) off limits for any member of RM until this situation is resolved.All meambers are to warn and and shoot if nesesary to all RM ships.

We also declare that our systems are off limits for AW,LS,SDF if they have war intensions(all crossing of our space for attack/defend situations).

To all pilots, captain and fleet commanders, this is Chanceller Kristy Samus, New evidence has come to light and now confirms that there was GMG involvement in the attacks near New Berlin.

Therefore as of 6Am GMT Friday, November 18, Rheinland is Offically at war with the GMG and any associates.

This includes the Outcasts and the Terrorist Arch Angel, If Rheinlands actions are in any way inhibated by outside factions then All RM ships are allowed to open fire

I am now placeing All of Rheinland in Martial law, Smuggling of anykinda will seen as a infiltration of RH space and you will be asked to drop your cargo or you will be fired apon.

As for the war between the SDF and the AW, If any side is to cause a battle in RH space both factions will be asked to leave or will be fired apon.

Message to Rheinland High Command.

This is Hadrian Rail of the Dresden Battlegroup. My group is not currently prepared for war. I am doing all I can to be as prepared as possible, but it is quite a challenge.
Dresden will be under as much guard as possible, I will keep a patrol running in the New Berlin, mostly near the Hamburg Jump and and Sigma-13 Jump Hole.
I need 2 days to prepare for war, and I may need help doing it.

And what about the LS? They are allied with the SDF.

As for the "Occupation" of Sigma-13, please note I said Helgoland and Yanagi. Helgoland is controlled by the ALG, a company that is under Rhinland protection, and Yanagi is a crucial staging point for attacks into the heart of Rhinland space; the New Berlin jumphole. Only those two areas are under Rhinland control. We do not claim any other areas of Sigma-13, and you are free to move about the rest of said space normally. The Frankfurt Jumpgate will be guarded, and when I can wrangle a spare cruiser or battleship, the New Berlin Jumphole will also be placed under guard. We will not, I repeat, not engage any forces in Sigma-13, unless they try to enter restricted areas. The restricted areas are;
The New Berlin Jumphole
The Frankfurt Jumpgate
Helgoland station will also be under protection, but you will be free to move about near-by. All of this is justifyable, and within my jurisdiction. We have made no other agressive moves, and we WILL pull back to our own borders when the current situation is resolved.

Due to Recent events, and the current conflict all RM ships are now to be placed on High Alert, any assitence that can be made to Virus to get his battlegroup operational would be helpful.

Any GMG ship Near Hegoland will be considered a threat and will be fired apon.

As For the Imperial Guard, I hope I can work out a Compramise that will not lead to an escolated conflict. I will try to get clearence for a Diplomatic envoy to be Sent to Tokyo to smooth things out, until then all RM be on your guard..

terms are reasonable. i agree them. But RM should not enter the sig13 restricted areas:
Sigma 17 and 19 jump holes.

I am okay with RM having fighter patrols at the New Berlin and Frankfurt jump hole/gate and Hegoland station. What i do not agree with is the blockade of Yanagi, if you have our jump hole protected why do you need Yanagi, i request Yanagi be open to anyone.

The other disagreement is the intent of bringing in warships (by that i mean cap-ships) into Sigma-13. We agreed that no RM or AW cap-ships ever enter Sigma-13 until one or the other faction no longer exists. I will take action on any RM warships who enter Sigma-13. I will also tell my faction that that is not allowed.

Agreed, we will only blockade the Jumpholes/gate, and Hegoland.

This is Correct, I want fighter patrols only, nothing bigger than a Wraith in Sigma, but you guys had better keep ur Caps out as well.... :rtfm:
