MW2 is very much worse than CoD4. I'm thinking about switching back. They added too much stuff and the balance is shocking. It's just trash. If they just removed 3x frag from CoD4 and called it Modern Warfare 2 it would have been much better.

Was the game installed on your computer before, and/or do you have a PC it is installed on now?

If so, it's possible your keycode is in the Registry.

Also, does the CD-key entry window splinter off as its own program during install, or is it part of Setup.exe?

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.

Why people complaint about balance in MW2?

WaW is much worse.

Ya know, MP40 > All?



Still, on console, updgrading to MW2 is worth it.
On PC it really depends on you.

WaW is a ton of fun.

The PC Version is just awesome.
Co-Op Story plus death cards make it lots of fun. MP, good and bad but generally fun.
Plenty of content (3 FREE DLC map packs) Did I mention mod support? Treyarch loves moders, lots of tutorials and they even looked at one from CustomCOD about possible employment.
Dont forget Zombies (And Zombie MP Mods too) :D
Console you get one zombie map and stock MP maps with game plus pay for 12 more maps though DLC packs (4 Maps for 10 bucks per Pack) PC you get, I dunno around 50+ maps free of charge, lots of quality ones too.

Don't overlook WaW, its an awesome game and well worth full price even now.

Beta is great. Loving it so far, coulse use another map but overall enjoyable.

My computers vidoe card is below mininum and its running great (10-25fps), and the beta's graphics are not optamized yet. so i'm very intrested in the final product.

If COD:4 is installed on your computer or previously was, is it not possible to get the CD key it was installed with in the registry?

Umm, ok, lets more focus on my problem here, i got the game back, but i still want my cd key, no i installed it on my computer a long time ago but i have since re-installed windows 7

as for the setup.exe, its just the standard run>install>install shield> installer> play....
