[code]Try bringing it to a game shop or even a CD or Computer one.
Certain ones, EBGames here cleans and repairs disks here for around 5 or 10 bucks I forgot.
Apparently if you turn your Xbox on it's side while there's a game disc running inside, it causes that ring to be scratched in the disc. The exact same thing happened to a friend of mine's Halo 3 last year :|

Well duh.
My Fable 2 got scratched to **** when my borther's GF moved the Xbox ten seconds after turning it off.
Yes people, moving the 360 is a bad Idea when there's a disc in it.
Aj, as much as I love my 360, the PS3 is a lot more reliable.

and say bye bye to cooling, hello to overheating red ring of death!
Alternatively, you could, y'know, not be an idiot and move the xbox while it's running >.>
My suggestion would be to try a store that will refurbish games, but be careful with that as well. I took GTA IV in to have it's scratches removed, cost me 2$, and when I got the cd back there were a ton of micro cracks along the inner circle of the disc, which made it unusable for fear of damaging my xbox (one little shard of plastic flies off and wham, xbox disc drive is toast).
Worst case scenario... go buy another copy of halo 3.
I don't know where you live, but over here in the UK, if you go to any game store that sells second hand games((Most do now a day's)). Then they have a machine that skims the top layer off the disk removing all the scratches, the last time i had it done it cost me ?2.50.
' Wrote:The deeply scratched ring may mean that your disc drive itself is toast. (That was a common problem with certain drives.) You should be able to contact Microshaft and send in the disc and they'll send you a replacement once you send in the bad one. And I'd consider getting the disc drive replaced - scratching discs is NOT an uncommon problem with them.

Nighthawk beat me to it, if you tilt your 360 it will destroy the disk. I found it help to leave my 360 in a horizontal position rather than standing on end, less chance of it getting tilted with a disc inside.
Go to your local game store, a few game shops I know have disk cleaners. My shop did, if they don't have it, ask them if they know another store. I'm not sure how its like over there, but give it a shot. A few big specialist stores can have them.
Apart from that, send them off to disk repairs online.
