I would suggest make Guard Rep only Admins accessable who put them on right terms on the char,after the/one faction leader told it to the admin that the player has accepted into the offical faction and has the ability to access to capships or guard weapons etc

I totally disagree with this idea! Why? Because there are good RPers that can RP a capital ship. And having so much restrictions will make a good amount of players to leave the game.
