Well Dab I think that with ambitions like that you'll have to find some other server. What you are saying is just plain unacceptable, making it impossible for new factions to claim anything. I'm going to set the upper limit of system owning for everyone - unless some really big war breaks out that will require lots of system transitions. But that's not the case for us yet, as most faction members are reluctant to fight. Except for AW bloodthirsty individuals.
