The more crowded an area, the more dangerous it's going to be. Leeds has been under siege for a long time now, like it was already said, it's no place for civilian police. It'd be like police trying to give out speeding tickets to infantry running too fast between the trench lines at Verdun.
I just don't see any useful reasons for keeping them, they interrupt RP, they disrupt your cruise engines (which is god damn annoying we all know it), plus a bazillion other reasons. They're just brainless lolwuts in my eyes. i don't see a reason to keep them on a RP server, I'm for removing them completely.
I agree as well. Removing all NPCs completely would only be a good solution.
I see nothing bad in removing them, as they've proven to be merely a nuisance.
They supposed to be a nuisance. They sure aren't a nuisance when they're the NPC's in your faction helping you in a fight are they? They aren't a nuisance when they're keeping that pirate from escaping with your cargo by keeping him CD'd while backup comes are they?
I'm all for keeping them, it makes the game more difficult.
i never asked for all NPC's to be removed, they wouldnt need to be if they werent so massivley annoying... I mean seriously, NPC's are the never ending waves of lolwut fighters, I dont think I have ever once thanked an NPC in my mind for doing somthing useful.
they shouldnt disrupt player interaction, and if they do they shouldnt make it impossible to interact because they are so powerful.
yes pipboy i see your point, but there is nobody in the other systems, the amount of jump holes has destroyed the point in the BPA, if it wasnt one of my characters main RP purposes in the server to be in the BPA then she wouldnt be, and it would again be a dead faction.
EDIT:
the Magellan -> Leeds jump hole would be like having a Jump hole in Magellan to Texas... making California and New York no longer needed, how dumb would that be.
NPCs ARE A PART OF PLAYER INTERACTIONS, and they should be, they represent the story in our rp encounters with other players. We do not interact in a world that only has 200 inhabitants and the npcs represent all the other people living in Sirius.
Calling NPC's "lolwuts" is possibly the stupidest statement I have ever heard. RP is short for role play, which means taking on the role of a member of one of the groups in game and following what they would do in a situation. NPC's are the best damn rpers on the server. they are always playing the role of their faction, taking the actions that befit their factions. Compared to the NPC's we are all fail role players.

Thank you.
I always wanted to say that, but my English is too bad to do it.
