Mr. Valeri, please rest assured that we, the Junker's Congress, are looking into all incidents reported in this channel. Evidence posted here is not always black and white, good sir. We cannot rush willy nilly, banning any citizens and political undesirables you, the forces of the house of Liberty, ask us to.
When we are presented evidence of a crime, we take actions, as many a "pirate" can attest to. Whether it be the heads of these so called pirates, or a bill in the hundreds of millions for damages to Rochester, you can rest assured we are looking into it.
As the programmer for the LNS-Wolfcrest, I feel I should apologise for the ship's actions in this matter, as well as any previous infringements it may have incurred
A new subroutine in regards to this NFZ shall be uploaded once I return to Manhattan, which should be within a day or so. Though, note that if the ship is fired upon, or is in pursuit of a fugitive within the NFZ that this subroutine will be inert and the ship's guns fully primed. This applies to the Non-Personalised Callsign vessels as well.
This subroutine will also instruct the vessel to treat Rochester as it would any other Liberty station, by making damn sure it doesn't hit the station should either of the above situations occur.

A long time ago a fine naval captain and personal hero of mine wrote a most essay on why an officer should be a gentleman as well. His name was John Paul Jones and you would do well to read his work. Rest assured this matter is being handled. We do not tolerate people using Junker bases as shields and this will be dealt with. I also do not tolerate people who recklessly endanger my people. I would be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, but that is hard considering your behavior. All I'm seeing is you spewing filthy language toward my people. Actually, you didn't send us any evidence. You claim he is a know criminal. I have no desire to delve into the navy's files to verify this. You gave a few gun-cam pics that contain no evidence what so ever of Mr. "The.Elusive.One" committing any crime, of being in any shape or form a 'criminal' or even of showing any criminal intent.
What they do show is a scared Freelancer making a bolt for the nearest place of safety whilst being hunted down by three ships intent on blotting him from the skies with no possible recourse for discussion or surrender.
They show you, as a representative of the Liberty Navy, giving orders to ships underyour command (term used most loosely) to "open fire" and "shoot him on site" (spelling error on your part corrected) without entering into any negotiations with your 'pray' even when he clearly is willing and wanting to discuss the situation.
They show the ships underyour 'command' firing in the NFZ around Rochester (LNS-Wolfcrest and the Bounty Hunter Skiptrace) thus endangering the lives of local traffic and civilian population in the area (both on-station and in flight) and putting their lives in real and imminent danger with willful disregard.
Youthen decided that it would be in the best interests of the Liberty Navy to come here and start throwing your toys out of your pram and make everyone aware of the personal vendetta you have against Junkers, their civilian population and any other poor soul who happens to be in the area at the time, obviously not giving two hoots for 'professionalism' and the image you are projecting for the said Navy of our fine house who you represent.
Max, I suggest you leave the 'diplomacy', 'leadership decision making' and 'personal interaction' to Commanders Hale or Robinson before you get yourself any deeper into trouble or blacken the Liberty Navy's name any further.
