Is if everybody stopped posting and asking about Code locations.
Ohey, any fun of discovering fruit-breaing wreckage, didn't see you lying there dead. Lord people, leave some things a mystery. Screw your wallet, no ship is worth buying if you don't have anything at least slightly new to reveal with it.

Rules even state a star flee/underlevel is fair game is it has a CODE. I currently have a cruiser with 19 of a certain CODE on it.When it hits 30 i shall go unload,and pick a new kill zone.
I got to as far as reading this and I say; Yus it is fun! heheh
I used to peg off code campers to get their codes in the past. It provided me with plenty of practice and codes to store in a "museum" (it also saves you from doing the looting yourself). I keep saying I need to fill up some spaces but never get around to it but someday soon I will.

The rules Wrote:5.3 Characters that are level 29 and below may only be attacked if at least one of the following conditions is met:
<snip>
d) Civilians who possess a CODENAME weapon may be attacked within roleplay at any level according to the piracy requirements.
Whoops?
Just to clarify, you can't just blast starfliers or underlevels with codenames simply because they're carrying a codename... You have to pirate them. What can't you do in a cruiser?
I would like to ad to it in defense of weapon dealers that it is very time consuming too get codes.
So prices are really not too high, you probably make a lot more mining.
I know some weapon dealers only do this work because they love codes.
So, no need to dislike weapon dealers i think.
It also wouldn't be much fun when getting codes would be easy.
Then everybody has the same guns like in a bomber nowadays...
' Wrote:how can wreck camping be disabled? tell me moar!
It can't.
There's already a restriction on how many codename weapons one character can loot, but it just gets circumvented by dealers who spam Civilian ID'd Starfleas and camp the wrecks.
