I want the follow items to fabricate what you want... and please note that this is all you will receive until I have seen just how dedicated your gang of Junkers are in this endeavor.
1500 units of Optronics.
1000 units of Basic Alloy.
1000 units of MOX.
1000 units of Diamonds.
500 units of Industrial Waste.
Along with this commodities I would like to request a series of favors which involve the apparent access some Junkers have to Gallia. You are to enter through Omicron 80 and secure the following:
Detailed scans of each Gallic capital ship class.
Details scans of each Gallic fighter ship class.
Detailed scans, and possible samples of each piece of Gallic weapon technology currently used by the Royal factions.
Detailed scans of the Gallic systems which lie next to Omicron 80 itself.
I know this may seem like a harsh task... but I think the prospect of being rewarded with technology created by the Maltese nation is enough to motivate you, yes?
We also have some of the data you requested of the Gallic forces. However our initial patrols into Gallic territory proved to be extremely dangerous.
We lost a few good vessels in these ventures. We cannot continue on with this assignment, until we have strong commitments on your end. Your Inferno cannon, while advanced and highly powerful, is not enough to rationalize the loss of ships. We have collected some initial data however, which we are certain will prove useful to you nonetheless.
Well, you managed to get what I wanted, including the material I require to fabricate your reward... Yes, I think a reward is in order.
You will find your reward inside of a public locker inside of the Maltese spaceport Capiua. The key required to open the locker is as follows: Dire dealer. You'll know which locker it is when you see it.
I think you'll find that it was worth it, even if you lost a couple of men. For you see, now my men will be safer when dealing with the Gallic threat, and your men will be much safer when they armed to the teeth.
Farewell for now.

....
After a fairly uneventful afternoon waiting in line to dock at the apparently very popular space port you are finally allowed to dock, and make your way to the civilian storage area. The room is very large, but there are not too many lockers here, which should come as no surprise since the Maltese governors, dons and local power brokers often use terminals such as these to leave shipments to their off-world business partners, or servants.
You ask a guard which locker you are to visit and mention the name of the Administrator of the Maltese navy. The guard raises and eyebrow and points towards the area which hols the largest "lockers", and also advises you to bring a cargo drone that is capable of carrying a large amount of weight.
There is nobody around when you enter the password to the vault-like locker, and more's the pity since you are now the only person which can admire the veritable armoury that is present inside of the "locker". Twelve Kraken Particle emitters, two Kraken Particle turrets and three Inferno cannons are seen, contained inside of a translucent case which moments after having been seen by you turns black. You look down and find a note.
Dear Mr. Barret.
I'm sure you are very happy right now, but don't be too happy... These weapons are specially made just to make sure that you, and any other Junker which may lay their hands on them cannot glean any engineering secret from them. I'm sure you understand why I am forced to do such a thing.
I must say the contents of your locker have proved most useful to not only myself, but to my right hand man as well. However to really make a difference to our organisation as a whole, we are going to require more supplies. You see we are more than a gang of rag-tag junkers, we are a small paramilitary force. We come out of the shadows and deal with those our less combat inclined brethren cannot. Though we are small, and have so very many bases to protect across sirius; accurate and timely intelligence from other junkers and associates has so far helped ensure we are at the right place at the right time.
When their diplomacy fails, we step in to keep our way of life safe.
So now that you can understand the size of our organisation, you must realise we need more than few of your premium weapons to help ensure the best efficiency for our little group against overwhelming odds. The guns you left us work astoundly well, but the forces we're up against require a larger supply of equipment, so all of our pilots can be truly effective.
We require:
One fully outfitted Tridente class gunship.
Two Sabre very heavy fighters.
One switchblade heavy fighter.
We also require enough particle emitters to arm approximately 8 fighter craft, inclusive of the three we're requesting of your nation.
Now that you know what we need, how can we work to make this a reality?
To show our continued commitment and support of the Maltese nation, we've shipped several thousand more units of metals for your to utilize.
As you might understand, all of our shipyards which are capable of producing the Tridente-class gunship tends to run quite busy on account of the simians who lose their gunships down in Liberty on a constant basis. Why I even humor the Governors and Dons with their requests to outfit their personal aids is beyond me, since all they do is lose the precious ships... sigh!
Now! Nothing can be done about your desire to acquire one of our gunships... for now, however the fighters can be built provided that you provide me with ten thousand units of nano-capacitors. A fair trade all in all, I'd say.
While I think that it's... adorable that you wish to acquire more guns from the nation, please understand that we are fighting quite a few people on so many different fronts and we need the guns for our own pilots... at least for now. Perhaps if you were to go and spread the good word a bit, kill a few of our enemies... I'd be more than happy to hand over -some- of the guns you desire, knowing that we won't need them ourselves.
My... suggestion would be to drive out whatever member of the Coalition you might come across as you travel through house space, or as an alternative: Any Corsair you might encounter in Rheinland or Bretonia.
As requested we brought you 10,000 nanocapacitors. However we thought 10,000 wasn't enough, so we brought you a bit more. +
To show our loyalty to your nation, I traveled to Bretonia to hunt your enemies.
The first I encountered was a Corsair that was causing trouble around Trafalgar. The local residents and I dealt to him swiftly. +
During a routine patrol I discovered a Hogosha, who fled to Leeds. I pursued him to ensure he was banished from Bretonia. Instead the scum tried to ambush me as I traveled along a lane. Turns out, I'm the wrong person to ambush. +
Eventually I left Bretonia and on the way I met another degenerate Corsair. Not one for words, this one launched an assault on my craft. My ship proved too nimble for his cumbersome transport. +
After a shipping error, we discovered one of the Inferno pulse cannons you granted us was still on Malta. I thought it was best I pick it up. So with a newly outfitted Recycler, I left for Omicron Alpha. As I was about to leave Malta with the newly equipped pulse cannon, several Maltese pilots raised the alarm. A Corsair Legate Dreadnaught was discovered near the Omicron Eta jumphole. The few craft available proved to be no match for the Capital ship, so I entered the fray. One Sabre and Two Tridentes were shot down, with only a few snubcraft and myself left, we worked on keeping the shields on the monster down until heavy support could arrive. Eventually it did and the invading Corsairs were ripped apart. +
While we cannot actively hunt Corsairs, their group is too vast and powerful in comparison to the Colts, and doing so would put all Junkers in danger, we frequently come across troublemakers from their faction. These Corsairs have been, and will continue to be dealt with by our cannons.
The demise of a Corsair Legate is no small feat, but we managed it. And we shall continue serving you with many such feats, but in order to do so we need more ships in the air, and guns on their wings.
