not really civilian - thats why i made the thread about RP vs. PVP...
i d only make a military response unit - cause RPing a purely civilian hostpital might really become boring
so such a unit - while not having weapons - should be extremely heavily armoured and shielded and quite fast, too. - so you cannot fight - but you can survive.

they d be visible ingame... - cause stuff in milkshape renders doesn t really "glow".
I thought as much. Well I guess in-game it'd be in-game even more sexy. :D
As for the militaristic part. It does look pretty much like it's able to serve in the crossfire, which is a good thing, but doesn't make it less civilian.
when i was in the last stages of the model - i couldn t get rid of "GMG" in my mind... so i added GMG like elements... - "blame the GMG for it" ... i think they fit - but they also make it look cartoonish.... without the wings - it looks like a fork.
and yes - i can get rid of the antennas in the front - but they re not too visible ingame, they re dark - and only function to carry a few running lights - nothing that messes with the model ( and there are only few systems with such a bright background )

^That^
This one is too... dunno how to put it... it's not fitting the task. I remember that "older model". Was fitting more for this task. Liner-ish look.

While it looked great, it is not unique enough I suppose. You can also just take a LuxLiner and RP it as a Medical Liner. This ship however is completely different. It looks like a kind of harbour and hospital in one, which might sound weird, but really isn't. Afterall every hospital has a car park.
Absolutely awesome model. Maybe the fins and spikes could be toned down a notch, but overall excellent.
This is a "medical frigate" not a floating hospital or aid supply ship. Frigates by definition are fast and light, able to deploy and move quickly, rather than mounting a sustained presence in one spot.
The look suits this role very well, especially for any captains looking to bring aid to the midst of a battlezone where dodging inadvertent (or otherwise) fire might be necessary.
The red one, depending on size looks more like it could be a vessel with staying power. A medical transport or liner if you will.
