OORP chat in NY won't be sanctioned unless abused really much.

It's not yet for sure if the new version of FLHook will remain on server (we are experiencing issues related to it). So, the level 30 restriction might be removed completely, which might result in abuse against new players... which the admins will have to sanction.

I think we all miss the death messages Igiss for one and I would also like to see the under level 30 restriction removed for the following reason. Last night in New York I encountered a under level 30 KNF ID holder who enquired as to his purpose here and his response was "To annoy you" I asked him to leave libery and all I got for 30 mins over system comms was a mix of IC/OOC chat "Theres nothing you can do about it!" Another one was a level 29 Xeno ID holder flying all over NY, these players are finding a loophole in the current set-up so that they can freely fly through NY and taunt the locals. I would laugh if it were not so OORP.

I think there should be something I can do, I think I should be able to create an under level 30 LSF char of my own and force this OORP disruptive player from the system. Anyone over level 30 killing new players should be sanctioned for sure. Not to mention anyone over level 30 killing under level 30 players in New York should be destroyed by the SA/LSF for murder. Using the level 30 limit to abuse and disrupt others RP is simply weak.

Yeah, that's annoying... I've made the suggestion before that the lawful factions should keep a few under-30 ships around so that they can switch to them if they need to deal with annoying newbies... Such as twits like that, or those who like to farm lawful NPCs.

Yes it is lame, In my dictionary it is called ''Rules abusing and total idioty'', We must do something against that,

And removing the Uber protection for under lvl 30 char could be a good idea so they wont mess with us too much.

If they get killed during a fight between two ships, that is their fault. They were simply not suposed to be there. In my dictionary is it called ''colateral damage''.

All i know is that now that NY is open for pvp its seem every pirate in the whol game feels the need to be there! i cant even log on my LSF char with out being drug into countless pvp fight with no break(other then logging off). Certain Pirate factions have no buisness in NY shuch as Corsairs why would a corsair come into ny? they have no allies there as well as no bases and no npcs of any kind yet we are attacked frequently byt corsair taged and ided players, OORP? I mean today i couldnt even bring one of my chars into ny to transfer creds or any thing thank to pirate all over the system. not to mention the new liberty rouge factions popping up.

Srry im just frustrated with always fighting and litte chance for rp, i am happy it was oppened up but angry at the excessive abuse of the system by pvp hungry pirates.

I still avoid NY. I think that the uber-shield for under-30 players should be removed so that players could smite those lvl29whores. In self defense of course, but the admins should super-smite anyone who starts blasting people under lvl 30 for no reason.

I feel for you completely, while sitting in orbit of Manhattan last night as SA I cannot begin to describe the frustration that I felt at the OCC and OORP chat that was going on. I honestly wish we had some right and power to enforce RP within our house:(
