Factions may only do this after they have interacted with the character in role play. Faction leaders should post reputation change requests in the Special Role Play section with a link to the forum evidence.
So you're saying that the Freelancer has no ties with the RM at all? There's no mention of me anywhere in the RM message dump and no way for them to have interacted with me in Roleplay?

How? Where? There is no evidence of the RM ever knowing. There is just a Freelancer Eagle acting as an RM. The RM has had no interaction with me. They have not even had interaction with the Freelancer Eagle.
If there was interaction anywhere, feel free to prove me wrong, but I cannot find any of it.

I didnt work this case.. Im working in the dark, and trying to dig up the evedence you are requesting. I'll try to get you an answer before Alec comes online, but seeing as he is the one who does this stuff, not me, he just might be the person with the answers.

I updated the criminal database and I filed the FR-5s.
The information from the Freelancer (who is not an RM member, but a third party asset) was forwarded to me in a PM. The Freelancer in question is in long-term employ by Rheinland.
As you can see, there's quite a lengthy role play going on between the RM and the Freelancer screening you. Safe to say, we trust that his observation was also perfectly correct.
And here's the PM from him in question:

If you're worried about being caught by a Freelancer; just because a non-RM person caught you committing a crime, that doesn't mean you weren't caught committing it inside Rheinland. Since that Freelancer is a closely trusted operative due to a long-term contract, we don't need more evidence of you being caught than we do when it comes to an RM operative catching you.
If you want to avoid being FR5'd, either don't smuggle, or pay the fine.
Smugglers who refuse to drop contraband and manage to escape with their ship / cargo intact.
Nobody ever told me to drop my cargo. I was chased by a freelancer who was telling me to stop, nothing more. He didn't tell me he was working for the RM so as far as I knew he could have been a pirate. I heard I had to pay a 5 mils fine but that was posted on an encrypted channel so there was no way my smuggler could know about it.
