An old skinny man slowly crawls from his Sabre's cockpit within the docking bay of a Buffalo. Carefully ajusting cardamine mask on his wrinkly neck, he asks a local technician to refuel his ship: "Full the tank completely with your best H-Fuel. I've maid a really long way today and will have to leave again soon." he says. The technician reluctantly starting his work, dropping displeased looks on old outcast sometimes. An Outcast continues his way onto the station interier, ignoring discontent from local Rogues.
A couple of minutes later this old man enters the bar and approaches barmen.
-'Ey, yo wanna have somethin? - asks a barmen, - How 'bout som Liber El?
-No, thank you. its not seems like El would be usefull for my old heart and liver. But I want you to do something for me.
-Like wha?
-I'm willing to pay you one hundred thousand credits for you to broadcast something for me in a local news pit, - outcast gives a small optic chip to the barmen, - Nobody should see its content before the broadcast. Money would be sent to your account after the broadcast. If you won't do it, I'll hire a Lane Hacker to do it, so this broadcast is inevitable.
Old slim turns around and leaves. Thirty minutes later his Sabre undocks and disappears.
Another hour passed. News terminal have started to show a message described hereafter:

I am the Franko Miguel Vasquez, a decent representative of the Maltese nation. A graingrover and a honorable veteran of Maltese fleet. Retired. I've made this message, you're seeing in front of you, to express you my personal opinion about your, Rogue, behaviour. Some rumors had come to me that modern rogues doesn't respect my fellow Outcasts. I've been reported about increased cases of treatment from rogues to nearpassing outcast pilots. I even heard about few shootouts between rogue and outcast ships, here, in Liberty. Your bombers have opened a fire upon outcast larger vessels for some times. Of course their capitans are responsible for their ships which shouldn't be here, and it's obvious that they're wrong. But I cannot undestand why should you destroy the priority of a Concuil of Dons. You should report these innocent people. But not kill them!
Much words have been said by your bosses about your current state. They say, Rogues have now become big and strong, free of cardamine dependance, so they don't need Outcasts in Liberty anymore, as Rogues are now strong and independant. Have a bit of conscience, people! Don't you remember who you are? Don't YOU remember who were you just a ten years ago? You were a poor binch of pirates, worthless scumms of a rooting libertonian society, taking a durty cheap jobs for us, blasting a defenceless civilian transports, kidnapping people. And who do you think gave you the helping master hand? We, Outcasts, did. We shared you our resourses, our precious cardamine, our patience. And that is why you all are in big debt for us. Thats why you have to respect us as your guests. The current situation is just.. dishonorable. Intolerable. It deeply offends and disappoints me. Please, stop it. And apologize.

First of all, I don't have an idea about how did you managed to track my comm ID. I'm glad about your attention to my person, but feel a concern about my safety. I don't know what to expect from a Rogue stalking for my personal data after last events. I bed my pardon for my intrusion into your newscast, I did not mean any harm.
Now to the secound. In your truthful message I've read that you, Liberty Rogues, are claiming Liberty Republic as your home and priority. If so, why does you hide youself inside your asteroid bases on the distant edges of libertonian star systems? And why every common libertonian citizen, not a criminal, is confident that rogue's home should be LPI Shugarland? Lets be honest one whith other: nor Outcast and not Liberty Rogues or Lane Hackers doesn't really control situation within this House. Liberty Goverment does. And.. You live by robbing libertonian civilians, we use Liberty as a sales market, and sometimes intercept valuable cargo supplies (I don't mean those outcasts you mentioned in your meaasge). I found it fair enoth, isn't that true? So don't overestimate youself.
Third. About the insubordinative outcast capital ships. To be honest, I can't influe on other outcasts, as I'm just a private person with no political power. However I could advise you to create a Public Court for such a cases. It should consist from a mixed commission, one third are Outcasts, another one would be Rogues and the third interested party would be Lane Hackers. This Court should be open to wide public so people could keep up its decisions. Every case of Outcast capital ship breaking our agreements should be reported to the Court, which will make a judgment. Punishment could include KOS of course.
I hope my advises might come in usefull for a pious action of solving a problems between our factions.

Since my Counterparts in the Rogue and Outcasts divisions seemed to have had little success in negotiations it's about time I tried my hand.
I command what little there is of the Hacker forces within the Undead Alliance, and I believe there is no reason as to why not we can't work together. The Outcasts with us might not be born Libertonians but they do bring needed resources and manpower to counter that of the Liberty Navies and police forces.
Infighting among us serves no purpose, and of course the Outcasts realise the claim the Rogues have in Liberty. It's the Rouges bases you see, not Outcast, scattered throughout Liberty.

However, not matter how strong the LR has become over the years you still can't claim to be completely secure with supply yards filled to capacity and your pocket ever full. If you would allow the use of a limited amount of Outcast capital ships we could help the Rogues further with credits, supplies from engine components and weapons, and our services to support you as we can.

With the bulk of Liberty's forces deployed against Rheinland there has never been a better chance to establish a stronger presence, while the Navy still has it's own capital ships that constantly leave us out gunned when facing them. They won't be expecting an organised force.

Alandra Herrera Yes I do know that we are to focus on the home fronts yes and i am outcast yes i am loyal to All of us. I will hold back my Fleet from my gunboats to Oblivion In Our boarders.
