Greetings Premier Katz, leader of the Coalition.
My name is Alan Smith, I was elected to reply in your message. The Board of Guild Masters was discussing your proposition for 2 days before we reach an agreement.
The Independent Miners Guild, as you already know, has many different groups under it's flag. These groups share common ideals, common goals, etc. And despite that it might seem as a weakness, we have been very tolerant and open-minded in order to have many different people who have only one thing in common; they share the same general values of IMG.
However, despite the fact that in our eyes Volgograd Industrial would suit very well within our Guild, like ICMG already does, VI's direct affiliation with the Coalition force us to refuse your proposition.
A trading and mining entity, like Volgograd Industrial, will have to meet lots of people in a very regular basis thus we consider it very likely that VI's real identity will be revealed. Premier Katz, please imagine what would happen to IMG if the Houses or other entities which share a strong hatred against your cause, find out that IMG habrours in it's ranks a Coalition corporation. A total devastation. IMG is unwilling to risk it's independence or the lives of it's employees, even if the possibility to happen was very small.
Nevertheless, the Independent Miners Guild was always positive with the Coalition. Premier Katz, in your message you mentioned that it needs trust in order to develop stronger ties with your cause. I agree with your words therefore I would like to counter-propose what the secretary said in her transmission. We will open our bases to Volgograd Industrial (with some limitations to the ones in House Space), we will provide you with the commodities you might need and in return IMG will have access to pass through Omega-52.
This can be a decisive step for a mutual friendship, trust and a much stronger cooperation for the future. I would like to hear your thoughts regarding our proposition.
Signed on behalf of the Board of Guild Masters,
Alan Smith

Honourable Ladies and Gentlemen
A few hours ago I was given the report of a successful delivery of samples of all ore types that the IMG can mine in all of Sirius.
IMG Defense Wing launched with 3 escort craft to make sure that transport Emerald, onboard the samples, arrived safely.
In Omega 50, they encountered an SCRA Wing. The encounter was of an entirely friendly nature and the SCRA pilots seems to have been informed about the IMG and VI relations. The picture was shot during the docking process.
The samples have been turned over to the VI, and I hope you are satisfied with the quality. Let me know when the analyses have been completed.
My apologies for the slight delay of the shipment. We are having excessive trouble in the Taus with Gallic pirates of all different colour, as well as the common Outcast threat that made mining and shipping difficult at best.
I hope the samples compensate for the days of waiting for our shipment.
Yours sincerely

[font=Fixedsys]Honourable Chairman Jeremy Porter,
this is Jack Henderson speaking on a delicate matter.
A developing situation has resulted in a steady demand of Small Arms that cannot be traced back to its origin of production. The amounts of this commodity need to be defined by a third party, but my feeling tells me that we are talking amounts of 1000 to 5000 units / month.
We'd also buy Pharmaceuticals, as they are in high demand by the third party as well. I guess that we are talking about larger quantities, but I cannot be sure yet.
Same applies to Engine Components.
Do you think VI can supply us with these?
We'd send traders to pick up the goods and we can deliver goods while on these runs, if you tell us in which types of commodities you are interested. The last contact, which was the delivery of ore samples, was quite some time ago, but I still hope we are on good terms to improve this relations and to raise your social credits and satisfy my third party.
Jack Henderson

Mister Henderson, Volgograd Industrial would be happy to allow your transports to collect such supplies from Omega-50. The supplies, produced in Omega-52, can be transported to Porto Novo or Boa Vista Station where your ships can collect them.
