Ok it's not my firewall, just turned it off then tried, same result.

Hi I am also having the same problem as the OP and I tried the command ping and my worst was 32 with no loss and the average was 29 I also checked my firewall and that was not blocking it either.

Last time it happened to me I contact Cannon trough PM and SKYPE, he said it was my connection, he sent me some log which I didnt really understand and then everything is back to normal
