Deep in the debris fields of New London, on a meticulously camouflaged freighter of Junker origin, small red light in the cockpit begins to flash.
Few hours later, awaken from the cryo-sleep, a middle-aged man takes a seat behind a communication deck. "I hope that this time it is a real emergency".
"What the...?" he thinks. "A draft? There is no way I'm in that kind of bussiness again. Let's ask that important guy. If he can bother me, I can as well bother him" He begins to type a message. "I feel like sounding official this time."
Dear Sir,
may I ask you for a clarification? Is it a conscription? I am unsure whether is it voluntary or not.
Please don't get me wrong. I am an owner of successfull scrap mining enterprise and I supply Bretonia with war material. It has been a while since I flew any fighter craft. Therefore, I dare to assume that my standard operation will benefit Bretonia's war effort more than cramming my old bones into an Eagle.
Sincerely yours,

"Let's send some wise words to my boys to make sure none of them gets stupid ideas about adventure and war fame. But checking the ship is higher priority." He tries to stand up, almost faints. "God, it hurts!" he said to himself, breaking the semi-silence of the empty ship's interior. "I wonder what happened in Sirius lately... And on my bank accounts." Combat Service Freighter turned into a small, stationary habitat begins to frantically send bursts of encrypted data into space.

I should apologize for the delay of my reply, however I wasn't informed of this message until recently. I feel the need to outline the fact that my reply does not represent IMG's opinion as I am no longer serving the Guild, but the Bretonian public.
The IMG does have neither any responsibility nor control over the militia which were secretly given to the Armed Forces, as the aforementied citizens are simply no longer part of the Guild. Therefore, regarding the issue which had arisen, the commanders of the militia forces should be held responsible for any misbehavior of their own forces.
