Cannon, about turret zoom.

Is there any way you could please reverse the zoom in/zoom out?

Scrolling down on the mouse wheel currently zooms in, and scrolling up zooms out. This is HIGHLY disconcerting, and virtually EVERY other game which has a zoom function controlled by the mouse wheel uses down for out and up for zooming in.

Just a simple swap would be amazing. As it is currently, I have to retrain myself every time I switch between games (oblivion, Men of War, Rise of Nations, ect.) and freelancer.

I've never heard before about that dll's and when i saw that message i've installed ver. 10.
I have a problem playing on 1280x1024

Er.. I never had such problems. Alt+Tab always worked and I never did any of those updates.

I've fixed problem by switching resolution to 1280x960 with nvidia program, but now i has cutted screen...

Here's a Windows 7 step-by-step picture guide.
1. Save the Zip wherever you can find it.
2. Find Zip file, copy it to the Freelancer folder (guide to finding that at the bottom of the post)
3. Right click the Zip, press "Extract all..."
4. Remove the text that's selected in the end of the textbox after Freelancer/.
5. Click the extract button.
6. Tick "Do this for all current items", then press "Yes".
7. Tick "Do this for all current items", then press "Yes".
8. Tick the box that says "Do this for the [number] next conflicts". Press "Copy and Replace".
9?. Press the "Continue" button if Windows asks for administrator rights.
10. Play Freelancer.

Finding the Freelancer directory/folder:

Remember to go up one directory to the Freelancer folder from the EXE folder when/if you press the "Open File Location" button.

I noticed that switching windows (alt tab) is allot faster now.
Always took 1-2 seconds on my box befor but now its instant without any delay.
So for me unexpected additional improvement with the new Version. Thanks for that!

My computer caught fire when i alt-tabed, i demand a new compt.
also when i undocked from Manhattan and started flying my fl went minimized w/o me touching alt-tab or the windows button. It didn't crash or anything.

Undocking a Karasu from Stokes just now after installing the new DSAce, FL crashed with the following error:


Runtime Library Error
R6025 - pure virtual function call.

First time I have ever seen this type of CTD error.


Note this didnt happen immediately after installing DSAce - I was able to move my Hegemon all the way to Stokes from Honshu without incident.

EDIT: After logging in and out checking several of my characters - the issue seems to have resolved itself.
