Look at Bretonia, that's how you "debuff" a house.

From the RP perspective Rheinland is alredy "debuffed". They lost a lot of ships in the war with Liberty and I think Rheinland will be starting to rebuild their fleet in .86. As you know. Liberty got the upperhand and their military is much greater than Rheinland's. It's a torn House, in my opinion. Debuff enough imho.

I am a RM who fought in texas once. All my RH bs's were dead, and there were 4 liberty caps and tons of fighters.
one bs engaged me,alongside 3 other fighters.i fought each fighter one by one,all of them flew away after exhausting their regens, while i used some cuz that bs was damaging me.

The only buff that Rheinland needs is to interdict the sale of caps to noobs.I've seen lots of noobs owning a bs and just doing the wrong RP.Also, liberty should get its expert fighter squadron in rheinland, because all liberty fighters i ever pvped were utter noobs

If any of you wants to contact me,add me on skype and I'll speak to you.

Comparing, again, Rheinland and Liberty by the random playerbase you happen to fight against is stupid. Don't do that, it won't end well.

Noobs are on both sides, both on snubs and capital ships. In the same way both sides win and lose fights.

You are right. I saw a navy dread +1 crusier + 1 bomber killing 4 RN turtles and 1 crusier, but i've also seen 7 dreads getting killed by 5 turtles.
