Alright not to pull me in this. GRP is a government based Faction. LPI is a private Corp so they arent similar.... and the crown (GRN| controlled) has given rights to GRP to give away licenses and ONLY CROWN CAN REVERT IT!!!! So its true.

LPI is a private Corporation. LSF and LN are the real Goverment Factions. So LPI cant rule over LN but GRP do rule over GRN in policing affairs. So ......
