Guildmaster Takeshi Ogawa;
While there a number of different Jump Drive schematics out on the corporate market, it is extremely pleasing that the Guild would come to Ageira Technologies as a first point of call.
With the exponential rise of new mobile construction modules, building new facilities is more viable than ever before. Naturally, it is still an expensive venture; however, Board of Directors and I are most curious to hear about the Guild's plans. Naturally, Ageira finds itself in a good position to supply certain specialty components relevant to the construction of Jump Drives.
I look forward to hearing more about your proposal.

Konnichiwa Mr Gideon.
I would like to present you the report of our R&D on this joint project:
C'est Dr.Gaspard Ulliel, Current member of the IMG's Research & Development Division. I, as a part of the scientific team, was given the task of exposing the advantages and mutual benefits of a partnership with the IMG.
*A Series of slides appears on the screen, moving as the presentation goes*
The IMG counts with a highly developed R&D division. constant technological improvements, deep space exploring and surveying and an always available and secure transport fleet. Due to recent events, we have started to focus our work on the new base technologies, being those building, Defense, Supply and more recently, Factories .
***IMG R&D Division***
That is the motive why we are interested on working alongside Ageira Technologies. As it is Sirius-wide leader regarding new technologies, specially the new Jump Drive technology.
So, straight to the point.
This partnership could allow us both to create a mass production facility, in order to have a good and constant stock of Jump Drive and Docking modules, leading to substantial profits.
Both parts (Ageira and IMG) count with capable tech personnel, as well as the capabilities of building a facility of such magnitudes. We're hoping Ageira could provide us with the expertize of it's technicians too. so we can jump right into work, to put this huge and ambitious project on the move.
As an anticipation I took the liberty of showing you a few basic blueprints of the factory module we'll build if you embrace this project.
This module is an improved version of the standard module, especially developed by the IMG. It can be incorporated to the base (More than one module can be linked up with the station) in order to optimize the production.
Also, the factory module is completely modifiable and can be used to manufacture any device within the parameters of the station and the module itself. (for example, it can easily manufacture a jump drive device, or a Docking module, but can't manufacture weapons or bombs.)
The production rate of this module is above the average, and it will ensure an always considerable stock of manufactured goods ready to be shipped, sold or used.
I hope you consider our proposal, and meditate about the benefits this partnership would bring to both Ageira And IMG.
Mr. Ogawa and me are always available if you have any questions regarding the matter.
Thanks for your time, and we await for your reply.
Au Revoir.
Dr.Gaspard Ulliel.

The Board of course realizes the cost that such a joint project will have, however we are certain that the profits which will be generated in long-term basis will render it as a very profitable investment. The Guild has also made a research about the position of the project. The main parameters we have set while we made that research was: A) close proximity from the production points of the materials we will need and B) due to the sensitive nature of the research station to be outside of House Space and in a fair distance from trade lane / high traffic points.
Baxter Research Station was destroyed 20 years ago during the nomad war. We believe that this is the most favorable position for building the station. Uploading image:

Guildmaster Takeshi Ogawa;
This is a particularly interesting proposal that you have brought forth to Ageira, such that the Board and I have been discussing it at length.
While the benefits of such an installation are obvious, we do have a number of concerns that would need to be adressed before Ageira commits to participation in this project. Firstly, the location of this base. Is the IMG confident that it will be secure enough to ward off attention from undesired individuals or groups? Secondly, since Ageira is already contributing the development of another 486-generation base, we need to have our logistical involvement outlined before we can determine the availability of transports for this base's construction and maintenance.
I also heard some whispers about Kishiro's involvement. Unsurprising, since we've known that they've been trying to get a working Jump Drive on the market for years. Evidently they also had a measure of success in this new field.
