The Council and The Maquis used to have the same goals but different means to achieve them. I fear now we have different goals as well. I can only hope I am wrong.

Well I can tell some things. At us as were, is and there will be identical purposes, we want the green world, and it means pure Gallia.

We can simply stop hostilities concerning Outcasts. If we don't attack them, and they and won't attack. Also we can use our situation. We in Gallia Royal Navy circle. So we have a certain extent of protection against Outcasts. It is not necessary to climb out of a circle.
