Also, the only problem with your offer Mr Steeger is that
we are not in need of 23,000 units... OZ will be looking
at purchasing a couple of hundred thousand units...
Now... I think there is a way we can make this more interesting.
Why don't we say that the first one of PFI) or ALG to deliver me
20,000 of Terraforming gasses to MMF will be the one getting the
$500 bonus on the next 100k we will require in a few weeks time?

you are not under any circumstances to cross
through Order territory to deliver these goods.

atmosphere, glad to see PFI)Horizon is capable of Terraforming a planet all by themselves!
Whilst it saddens me that your people were unable to do business
with ours it seems your counter bid put a rocket up the backside of
the PFI) I do seriously doubt you could have won the bid for
quickest 20k...
