If you made that program by yourself (though I don't know how hard is to make something like that ) you could probably contribute in developing this mod further.
Devs could use your skills.
Of course if you're willing to help.
Making such a program is commendable, but impractical on a RP server. RP requires player interaction and your software would not contribute anything to it.

I'm not so much considering this cheating - but since you're unable to roleplay while using such a bot, it violates the "RP is required" rule. We're on a roleplay server. We'll leave the mindless cannonfodder role to the NPCs.

Where does it end? I keep hearing about things that are here to make it simpler and simpler, because people are too lazy to do it the proper way. Too lazy... Gimme a break! People who are sitting at their computers are too lazy to move their mouse, or what? What will the next step be? A program that plays the whole game for you, so you can do something else?
Your program there is probably great in itself, and can be really useful in other areas. But it should never even be considered for use in Freelancer. The reasons have already been pointed out.
Great. Can you please make autopirate program too? It is very simple, it will keep ship shooting the trade lane and when anyone appear on the scanner, it will say "2milordai!" Then, no more players will be needed, this will be the first server running without them, just full of autobots.

Mate, nice skills, but my god keep this thing in your hands and dont use it on the rp server. We have enough problems with silent powertraders now, I cant imagine situation with this thing freely available. I don´t want more players like the one I met in Hamburg in CAU8 RM Battleship (=1,5 billion credits) who asked me "Hey, where is Braunschweig, I don´t know!". If you release this thing openly, there will be so lot of people who let this program run overnight and voila, lets go buy a battleship in the morning. So please, lock it somewhere and throw away the key. It can´t bring anything good.
And by the way, what is even purpose of this thing? To make trading easier? God, trading was never easier than now. There is so many so profitable routes! You can make 40+ million credits per hour with 5k transport. You can get freighter/transport from some house trading corporations for free, because they want more players with their tag playing. If somebody want 400 million for capship, it takes just two afternoons/evenings. What more anybody want? If this is not enough, maybe it´s time to release /addcash command openly. But try imagine how the life and RP on server will look like then...
