Admittedly, it was a fairly low-sensitivity topic, so you're forgiven as you're obviously newer to Discovery. Just a caution against doing it again.
As far as the faction is concerned, I haven't met you in-game yet. However, if you want to have your base in the Galileo system, Liberty does enforce partial jurisdiction over that system. If you intend to re-establish a base there, you should contact the Republic of Liberty's Government before installing a new base.

Sure but I decided to wait till we got some more members...well 2 guys aren't that much to be a democracy and we like to keep that question (where to build bases) into our democratic system.
