Actually, YOUR sig is the one that's too big, so it's all your fault.

Do me a favor, resize this sig to a 700xXXX dimension, maintain the transparent background, and sharpen the image to the sharpness of this edited version of it.

The second edited image doesn't have a transparent background, IrfanView didn't work too well when I tried to do that.

Beg Your pardon - but I've made You 2 version of that shig - one indeed was a little too big but I've made second one smaller than 700x250
not my fault that You again upload the wrong one

but shure I will resize it again, or simply search for smaller one.
