We have filled all our available crew positions with our own workers to keep employment up.

KptzS Metzger has had a good work history while with Kruger and as of date has had no known legal issues within any of the different houses. His delivery times have been prompt and on schedule, no complaints on file.

His duties also include watching over the crew and the ships operations, as well navigation and ships defenses. KKpt Hoffman comes from planet Stuttgart, Stuttgart system. Family background check came back empty, no known living relatives. Has also had a clean work history with no complaints, possibly up for promotion to get command of a ship.
3. (1st Lieutenant) - StKptLt Amelie Frie: (Rheinland) Third in command of the vessel, lowest ranking officer onboard. General duties for her on the ship are electronics, including communications and sensors. She comes from planet Hamburg, Hamburg system. Family background check has come back clean. Parents own small business on Hamburg and a brother is employed within the RFP. Good work history, one incident with a lower ranking crewman onboard the ship disregarding her orders. Incident was handled, termination of the other crewman for neglect of duties and disobeying superior officer's orders.
Crewmen - Background checks of crewmen are not as thorough due to the fact of high turnaround rate at different stopovers. As crew leaves, new come onboard to fill the positions as needed.
1. (Master Chief Petty Officer) - StBtsm Emil Bauer: (Rheinland) In charge of cargo handling and manifest details with secondary duties of ships defense and gunnery. Picked him up at Altona Station, Hamburg system. Been onboard the ship for several years now and has a mixed work history. High ranks on duty performance, gets job done fast and safely, with proper paperwork. Has had several disciplinary actions regarding tavern brawling and other unruly conduct while not on duty. KptzS Metzger has over all positive job performance reviews for this crewman.
2. (Petty Officer 1st Class) - Btsm Moritz Schaefer: (Rheinland) Ships duties include Purser duties when passengers are aboard as well as Chief Medic onboard the ship. Picked him up at Essen station in Omega-7 when the company first went bankrupt a few months ago, before then served on another Kruger transport with good marks. So far a good work history, polite and friendly to the various passangers and good working knowledge of medicine.
3. (Ordinary Seaman) - HptGefr Klara Richter: (Rheinland) Ship duties include assisting Brsm Schaefer with his duties, cargo handling and gunnery assistance. Picked her up at Essen station in Omega-7 around the same time as Btsm Schaefer, was previously with another crew having good marks as well. She has had one disciplinary infraction regarding fraternizing with a passenger. She has recently been taken off of probation for that offense and since received good performance marks.
4. (Ordinary Seaman) - HptGefr Noah Adler: (Rheinland) He is acting chief engineer onboard the ship, as well as the primary assistant to StBtsm Bauer with cargo handling when in port. He has been onboard for almost two years now, coming onboard at Roppongi station in New Tokyo system. He was dismissed from another cargo ship and initially was paying passage back to Rheinland. He is a skilled engineer and eventually gained employment as a crewman onboard this ship. HptGefr Adler has had several infractions on his record during his stay onboard the ship. Those infractions include: Brawling with other crewmen, brawling with port dock workers, drinking while on duty (in port) and neglect of duties (in port). Due to his skills as an excellent engineer KptzS Metzger and KKpt Hoffman both have kept him on the ships roster. He has had disciplinary actions regarding his rank and various shore leave restrictions are currently in place. It is possible if another skilled engineer comes along he will be replaced.

this is Jack Henderson, IMG Dublin Coordinator at Hood speaking on behalf of the Independent Miners Guild. I'll get straight to the point:
The IMG| would like to request the Tau Trading License.
We understand that Bretonia has to restrict the movement of goods from/through Bretonia to Gallia in the war. The situation is not new, as the front lines in the Kusari-Bretonian War were approximately the same.
I am sure some officials might look at the request and be sceptic. So I take a preemtive stance and will explain why that license is requested and what it will (not) be used for.
Linking the disrupted IMG infrastructure: The war has torn the IMG infrastructure apart, again. The Tau holdings are isolated from the Bretonian ones and we would like to be able to move in between more freely.
Opening the trade corridor to Liberty: The IMG plans to pick up Gold production again and therefore would like to reopen the Leeds-Magellan route.
Opening a route to avoid the Omegas: The Omega-Rheinland-Sigma-Kusari route has proven to be very dangerous for our shippers. Numerous shiplosses have been reported on these routes. The IMG would at least like to have the permission to sneak through the fighting zone during a calm period.
Supporting Planet Harris: A large proportion of IMG Guildmembers are Bretonians. Many have requested permission from the Guild to supply the very isolated Planet Harris in the difficult situation. The IMG's access to resources in the Omegas would allow the IMG to move goods that are in high demand to Harris. We'd like to legalise what I assume some patriotic Bretonian Guildmembers have already done.
Bretonian Gold Ore is not going to Gallia: It may be suspected by some that this License could be abused to export Dublin Ore to Gallic markets. I can assure you, this will not happen. My offer is: Gold ore that is run via the Restriction Zone is reported to a comms channel with visual evidence of the dropoff location. The IMG wants to protect itself by that offer against potential suspicion by some elements inside Bretonia.
