So because our accidental loss in Leeds, and after Takeru's amazing escaping from four enemy fighters, we saw on our long range sattelites that bretonnian forces started to implement a counterattack.

So we took up defensive positions near to BS Nagumo and Tau29 Jump Gate. We alarmed our nation, and the help came to us. We gathered up to five KNF warriors, and USS Golden the Kusari Destroyer.

THere was Takeru, Shoki, Kanadzuchi, Tigon (?) and myself: Uyeshiba, it meant 4 Chimaera and one Bomber. I alarmed the Black Dragon Takata_Ran as well, he came to defend Kusari without question. Kanadzuchi leaved before the fight started, I dont watched that he came back or not.
A few minutes before enemy was entering, a mercenary, named Sukiyaki (Synth Food fan) joined to us. He is a great Kusari warrior, its bad that he are not a member of the honourable KNF. He said, he is willing to defend Kusari, his homeland as well, and just for the contract, he offered his services for 1 credit. And said he will help anytime to defend Kusari if intruders are coming in the future, so remember his name my friends, and our glorious High Command.

The Enemy entered to our land, and it was the great strategy, we was the anvil, and later the hammer came as well to smash the enemy. Their advancement was easy, there wasnt any opposition in Taus, just normal patrols. There was 3 SF ship (Beta 5, Ronny and Salvatore) 3 Blood Dragon fighter (their names like three egg, I dont remember Marzozuki was their officer I think, but they had very similar name, so sorry, without screenshots of my ship computer I dont remember), and in the beggining two QCO/QCP member, maybe Captain Stuart, and some Windsor.

Because I learned that in the greatest wars the diplomacy wins over sheer strength, from the time of operation begining I designed the plan of glorious victory. So later another mercenary joined us, with a destroyer. A GC Kusari Gunboat (Kiretsu or similar as I remember) came to us, although he is enemy of us, but as I mentioned him that bretonnians infected our homeland, he came to fight against them without question. So the hammer started to forging, and the final psychic shock and strike for them was, when a BSG fighter wing came to finalize the hammer that smashed the intruder forces on our hard anvil. The poor enemy entered into collusion with pirates, the Blood Dragons, what a pathetic footstep in their depravation.

It was a great glorious fight, though; The enemy was deserving of esteem, as our great warriors as well.

The first target of the enemy was USS Golden, he survived the concentrated fire for long time, and destroyed one Dragon fighter. After his defeat, my ship was the next target of the enemy. I outstanded very long time, I have weaken the enemy many times with my heavy weaponry, but they was well skilled pilots as well. I killed a QCP/QCO member with my guns, as I uttered war-cryes to the unsecured radio, to inform the whole system that Kusari are in glorious ascension. Another Dragon ship escaped, and soon my ship was defeated also. But after my elimination the enemy wasnt able to concentrate his fire and organize his attack. As I entered to the control room of BS Nagumo, I was able to direct our forces and to hearten them. Our pilots gave an enormous achievement.

The last dragon pilot sneaked to escape when nobody watched him, and abandoned the fistful bretonnian forces alone.

In a little while they stampeded from our sacred homeland.
GC gunboat, and BD Takata_ran was destroyed in the fight, I picked up Takata personally, and saved him first to battleship nagumo, then we sent him to home at New Tokyo system with an escorted transport after a light medical treatment. We gave free exit for the crew of GC Gunboat as some of their members picked up their safetyboat, as we gave the signal for them.


And the last event on that evening was when just we: Takeru san, USS Golden and I was on duty, and a Rogue bomber entered from Tau 29. He started to shoot my stationed bomber without any word, but he had only ten second to live from that moment. I burst his shield very soon, and get more than half of his hull, then he just ran into USS Goldens crossing gunfire.... It was a funny end for that actionful day.

Thank you for allowing the Black Dragons to participate in such a great fight! It was an honour to fly with you, the Black Dragons will always do our utmost to help defend the homelands and especially enjoyable to smite the Bretonians. I will report the incident to BD High Command.

A personal thanks to Uyeshiba for tractoring in my pod, I'm Ok but for a couple of cuts and bruises and I've now fixed the faulty shields.

Victory!
6 Chimaera VHF and 2 Kusari Bombers jumped in Leeds and crippled 8 enemy ships.
Minimal losses reported during the process, my chimaera was hit from stationary battleship fire right after the jump and I watched the battle in Kazuo's cargo hold.
Lt. Uyeshiba bomber was the target of heavy enemy crossfire, his ship was destroyed and his escape pod rescued.
Ens. Sakai showed great tactical attitude, his plan worked well. I recommend him for a promotion.

Engagement report

On the way to prepare our forces for the strike deeper in the Bretonian territory in Leeds a KNF patrol of 3 fighters consisting of: Admiral Hiraku Sulu, Commander Kazuo Sugino, and myself was surprised by a bretonian fighter force at the Leeds jump gate in Tau-31.

Enemy force consisted of:
[QCO] Martin. Barclay - flying a Templar VHF
[QCP] Stark - Hussar LF
[SF]SFF-Gamma-1 - Templar VHF
[QCP] Edward.Hawkins - Hussar LF

A furious battle started immediately with 8 other templar fighters joining the fight (//NPCs). Not long after the start Martin. Barclay dropped a mine that exploded prematurely and killed Stark. - This is another example of how the Bretonian industry, hard-pressed by the war effort, manufactured a faulty device.

Martin.Barclay himself fell soon after to my guns, but the combined firepower of the bretonians forced our own Admiral Sulu to eject from his exploding ship. I tractored in his escape pod and continued fighting.

2 on 2 now the battle looked like a very even fight until Commander Sugino was forced to eject from his damaged fighter. I tractored in his pod as well and continued the fight against the remaining Templar and Hussar.

I knew that I could not afford a mistake with both the admiral and commander in my hold, so I put all my flying skills into use. After a long fight the SFF-Gamma-1 was finally destroyed and the Hussar fell shortly after.

Our forces were victorious again!

The enemy has lost 4 fighters while we lost 2.

Engagement report

While on patrol in New Tokyo today I found a corsair at the Honshu JG. He refused to leave and we started to fight. Shortly after that Outcast/Blood Dragon force of 1 GB 1 bomber and 2 fighters jumped into the system and started to engage us.

I turned my attention to the bomber and it fell under combined power of mine and the corsair's guns.



After this happened more and more Outcast/Blood Dragon ships joined the fight and the Corsair was destroyed.
Faced with the firepower of 1 Cruiser, 3 Gunboats, 1 Bomber and about 6 fighters I opted for a tactical retreat to the planet.




First all of the ships kept shooting at me.. but since they were not able to score any hits they slowly left the fight.. until only a lone Blood Dragon bomber was shooting at me.

I turned around and dropped his shields, he recharged them using shield batteries and turned for another attack.. I dropped his shields again just as he launched a Nova torpedo that exploded and killed him.



A Hacker gunship appeared so I decided to finish my retreat to New Tokyo.. no ship followed me. As my own ship was in perfect condition I decided not to dock and wait if they come to the planet. Soon enough a Blood Dragon fighter came to 3k distance and turned around again.

After that a Cruiser, 2 Gunboats, 1 Bomber and 3 Fighters came and started firing at me.
I managed to destroy one of the Sabre fighters



A Hogosha fighter joined the fight but soon had to retire due to technical difficulties. During this I managed to drop shields and half hull on one of the Blood Dragon fighters.. when my ship suddenly hit an unknown object (presumably a mine) and exploded from full health ejecting me into the space.

My escape pod landed safely on the planet and I'm recovering in the New Tokyo hospital at the momet.

Engagement report

Today, Adm. Sulu, Cmdr. Sugino, Cmdr. Sakai, and myself engaged the the BAF in the Edinburgh System. The enemy forces consisted of 2 VHFs and 2 LFs. We were able to take down their 2 VHFs but they also managed to take down Adm. Sulu, Cmdr. Sugino and after sometime it was only I and 1 LF (Whose name is Captain Stuart) left. It was a long fight and I could not take him out before his backup arrived. So story short, I was defeated. I am sorry that I have let the Emperor down but I will redeem myself.

During Attar's recruitment mission in Hokkaido, near Battleship Matsumoto, we was engaged by Blood Dragons.
Attar fighting skills are very good and together we was able to destroy the first BD fighter named "vulcan".

Less than five minutes later another BD fighter "Marzoruki.Kimozashi" entered in Hokkaido and engaged our forces near Battleship Matsumoto.
This time the fight was short and we lost 2 fighters.

subject: Patrol and incident report

During my first day patrol through Kusari territory, i had some incidents.
1. A Corsair Raven Claw "Skyelius" was trying to pirate in Shikoku. I received a distress call by a Zoner vessel and headed directly from New Tokio to Shigoku. The Zoner could dock safely at BB Myoko, where i found the Corsair. I ordered the Corsair to leave Kusari immediately, but got no answer. Right after my second order i decided to engage the Corsair and was supported by a Bounty Hunter Gunship "Janette". After a short chase through Shikoku, the Corsair left Kusari territory towards Sigma 13.
I recommend to ban him from Kusari territory forever.

2. Later I was on my way to Shikoku again, to support the KSP in a mission against the GC. On Shinagawa station, i stopped a Molly tagged ship "Admiral Doom" of an unknown class. I scanned its cargo and it was equipped with Gunboat class shields and weapons. The Molly was accompanied by a neutral trader "Seargent_Cross", so i scanned him too. No contraband. The trader claimed this Molly ship as his escort, so i offered the trader to escort him through Kusari space, while i ordered the Molly to leave Kusari immediately.
Suddenly the Molly started to pirate another passing, police tagged, Train. Right in front of my eyes!
The Train tried to run, been chased by the Molly and his trader companion. I followed them.
Near New Tokio, the chased Train was giving up, while this Molly pirate demanded his "Tax". I attacked the Molly at once, but my weapons were to weak, unable to bring down his shields.
While attacking the Molly, his companion trader started firing on me, so i switched the target and attacked the trader. I was near to bring down his shields, when he engaged his cruise engines. My cruise disrupters failed to stop him. In that time the Molly ship started firing on me too.
I chased the Trader til Shinagawa station, leaving the Molly behind. Then i gave up, because of the Mission i was demanded to asist. Remain of both ships is unknown.

I recomend to set both ships "Admiral Doom" and "Seargent_Cross" on the KOS list, because of pirating, denying direct orders given by Kusari authorities and the use of deadly force against Kusari authorities.

Note: A commander of a Kusari Destroyer Patrol must have slept, because they doesn't engaged the Molly vessel (ooc// something must be wrong with the reputation of Admiral DOOM, because military NPC's were ignoring him.)

I have brought shame to the KNF, when i was unable to stop open piracy in Kusari territory. Grand Admiral, please forgive a new ensign who has failed on his first day.

subject: Raid report

Today me and ensign Toshi went on a quick raid to the Leeds system. After the jump we were met by a a single [SF] bomber. We engaged, but battleship Derby provided deadly firepower support and Toshi's Chimaera soon fell.
I evaded the battleship fire and moved a bit farther out. Another Bretonian bomber came to assist the first one. Designation was Samuel_Vimes. After some fighting this bomber was destroyed by my supernova and I was fighting with [SF]-Kiggles alone again. His ship was slowly giving away but in a last ditch attempt he fired his Nova torpedo that caused both of our ships to explode. Looks like some of these Bretonians are even samurai-worthy.
Our escape pods were recovered by a KNF recon patrol and we are currently recovering on the Nagasaki. I advise all KNF pilots to be aware of the Derby's firepower in the future.
