Looks as if I found myself working the graveyard shift; ran an hour patrol of New York in my Patriot (no other LPI units being on duty at the time, I conducted the patrol myself). As it was a fairly quiet night, I performed some special assignments for LPI (read: missions) out of Manhattan. Nothing of further note to report.
Aye...so since I've done a handful of patrols now..ah figure ah should be applyin' for the SWAT team and what-not...seeing as how those Outcast fellers always somehow seem to be outgunnin' us and what-not...So ah...here 'ah am...Requestin' Permission to join the SWAT Team..
My first "official" patrol aimed to fulfill the LPI requirement was conducted earlier today under the supervision of Captain O'Brien. A brief patrol of Colorado was followed by a patrol of Illinois.
The only notable incident involved the presence of two potential troublemakers at the CO -> NY jump gate. They were dealt with without violence. Once in Illinois we had a 98 with Officer Recruit Mitchell.
Following the captain's departure, I met up with Officer Riza Williams in New York for my second required patrol (she instructed me to file it as a separate report). We conducted scans of traffic inbound to Manhattan.
The only incident of minor note was a large freighter loaded with diamonds which passed by - Ofc. Williams suspected them to be of Rheinlandian origin, but the suspect sold the cargo before we could verify their origins.

Today's shift showed us just how valuable the SWAT department of the LPI is. On routine training ops, we intercepted word of an Outcast destroyer in the system. With Captain Toronto leading the charge, we intercepted and halted the destroyer.
The captain seeing he was vastly outgunned immediately surrendered, allowing for the incarceration of his crew on the prison station Sugarland. Once the crew was in custody, we moved the outcast destroyer into orbit of the nearby planet under heavy guard to await further inspections.
The destroyer appears to be in perfect shape, with little to no damage. Our raid worked out better then we could have imagined and we recovered an enemy ship, without firing a single shot.
Perhaps we could, recommission it under the LPI banner... or take it apart for all its secrets...
I'd like to also commend all our SWAT pilots for their bravery and continued commitment to Liberty's security.

Topic: Illionis-Colorado Patrol
I have completed my first patrol under supervision of Captain O'Brian between Colorado and Illionis systems.
Everything was fine. Though a civillian (with navy rep) just jumped to Illionis.
Everything else was okay. No contrabands found nor was in need of assistance.

Topic: Manhattan Patrol
Done near Planet Manhattan and neighboor lanes with Recruit Glenn under supervision of Officer Riza Williams. She was a good supervisor and trainer for protocols. No contrabands found nor was in need of navy assistance.

Topic: LPI Officer Have Been Attacked!
I requested Kenny199 -who is probably a rogue- to halt his ship for cargo scan, nicely.
Though he didn't response but while I got close to him, he started opening fire on me. I warned him but continued, I quickly called Liberty Navy for eliminating him. Navy just came in two-three minutes and eliminated him easily.

Subject: Patrol report, New york, Pennsylvania
Patrolled NY, and apprehended an outcast destroyer which was then taken to LPI sugarland.
After that i made an uneventful patrol of Pennsylvania with officer maggard. Surprisingly the pen. system appears to be relatively crime-free on all of my patrols to date.
The only thing I have to mention is some interesting names I saw in the sunbucks at planet Erie.

The Chief sat back in his chair and absently ran his hand over his chin. His calculating mind saw the possibilities, and he called back.
"Hey Karl, have the boys move the ship into Illinois. Check it into Springfield, remember to call ahead, you know how the guard in there is. And ummm... once it's checked into Springfield, have a crew of SWAT fly the thing to a remote part of the system and hold position. Make sure there's a decent escort."
