ok, now this might have been asked already, but I'm doing it again.

Can the server be made to make the autorepair and replacement of guns upon 'Respawn' be turned off or limited to fighter/bomber ships only?

Example:
Fleet of BH Capships goes to Gamma, 1 BS, 2 BC, 3 GS and 4 Fighters, 3 bombers.

Fleet of Corsairs greets them, 6 bombers, 4 Fighters, 2 GB, 2 Cruisers

End of fight say the BH has lost all their ships. the 'Respawn' on FP9 in theta.
The Corsairs lose a few ships as well, the 'Respawn' on Crete.

Both sides having spent MUCH money and resources on these ships and having had them lost in battle should NOT get free stuff to do it again. Make them come back with almost no hull, in need of a GREAT OVERHAULING, and no guns.

So they really respect the great ships in their fleets and will stop using them frivolously.

The reason I ask that Fighter and bomber ships not be included is simply the already limited access to codename guns, would make these guns prices go even farther through the roof.

It seems that EVERYONE wants to get rid of Ca whoring, I think this would be a GREAT way to do it and ADD to the 'REALISM' of FL here on disco.

As I stated at the beginning, I dunno if this has been discussed before, but I'd like an answer one way or the other. If it HAS to effect fighters and such as well, I STILL WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT. It really WOULD make the PvP whores think twice on a REAL RP server, no?

i completly suport that idea.... and i go a litle more drastic..........

in order to make it more realistic.......its not about cap whoring or what ever that means...

all ships should loose something wen they die....eve online use that concept

that makes us really fear to loose our ships...even with the ensurance...

for example loosing the turrets would be a god idea
same aplies to fighters loosing guns dead is dead means ship destroyed

engage cruise engines of cap ships should increased acording with its mass.

or to be easyer acording to class.... gunboats 10 seconds...destroyers and cruisers 20 seconds and batleships 30 seconds.....

fighters and freighters have damage efects.....would be nice seeing a bs or cruisers smoking allot and one fire too

stations should be able to be destroyed..that way no one would dock there
i belive corsairs and outcasts would love to see this just to blow up all the freeports so the bhunters dont dock there.....hehe

the capital ships would need improvement on the bouncing wen they are rammed. big ships dont move wen small ships ramm them and smaller ships should have heavy damage but also colapse the bigger ships shield

one idea taken from nexus and homeworld 2..........is it possible create a suport frigate ::::A SHIELD FRIGATE:::???? someting with a big raduis shield to protect the the fleet....

fighters would have protection behind that frigate
here was my sujestions.... thank you...

im happy to known that my actions arround sirius develop the intelect of many......after all seems im doing something good....no need to thank chucc

About the NPCs and changing them. I think that they are too hard for the new players doin missions. so the change form manhattan out would be a great idea i think.

doin this will actually in creasecap whoring seeing that the high level ships with Battleships and such will prey on the lower guys in fighter and gunboats as such to kill them so they practly have to start over.

well i was thinking that if u can or could(ask or something) to copy the Battlestar galactica mod abillity to make fighters and bombers to dock with capital ships. if u can do that coding in to discovery mod, then the carriers can carry other players. and would make EXELENT RP.

With the introduction of New systems, How about a few new weapons.......except with a twist. What I am talking about is codenamed weapons. I dont mean guns, I mean turrets. I think it would take the mod to a whole new level to be able to "find" 4-5 different turrets.....code named turrets. Of course the turrets would be a certain level so only certain ships can mount them. I would love to have a ship with 2 ARCHANGEL guns and 4 ARCHANGEL turrets:Dof course I doubt they will be named off of current codes.

If wrong please correct me but I think Unioners don't have a turret of their own. Is it possible to give them one in 4.85?

I want to suggest a feature. You can include something like a bank. Though it is really a big thing, I want this to be considered, so that new players will be able to store their money safely.

Or maybe even up the limit of users per account ID and possibly the amount of credits a person can have. For example, the current limit is 1.999 billion i think, well up that to 9.9bil(if possible)
