But more seriously the Hogoblablabla (it is funnier that way XD ) could potentially be seen as a threat, they do have a few capships, being the uber rich mafia of Kusari. Maybe the Junkers wanted something that could stand up to one?

Xenos are a far closer - and far larger - threat than the hogosha. hogosha dont attack junkers outside of kusari space, and as long as junkers dont go into kusari space they're not a threat.

Xenos are trying to take over the junker's turf in liberty though, and that pisses junkers off. Xenos have lots of fighters, and it's more cost-effective to build one capship than it is to build a dozen fighters for base defense.

If it was a Rheiland Pirate cruiser it could have been me. Of course my cruiser never goes more than 2k from Rochester. Its not very effective or powerful but it helps intimidate those that need it. Of course with the amount of Xeno bombers out there its just a big target now.

I dont play a regular Junker so to speak. But what is the idea that Junkers are the bums in the allies to be ignored or abused.

Junkers are slavers, Smugglers, scrappers, drug dealers, pimps, choppers (chop shop owners), bookies, gangsta, explorers, gypsies and pirates.

There is literially 1 kind of Junker for every Junker player. They are not clones. They are the Zoners who live under your nose.

Junkers are organized enough to construct stations in most harsh areas of the core systems. They directly deal with the "dangerous" elements on a regular basis.

The idea of Junkers being punks to push around should get more than one pirate killed. If Junkers were "pieceful" they'd be Zoners.

I truth I d exspect to see more Junkers in caps and transports as those are the best way to move all your stuff around. I also notice that none of the Junker bases have bio domes. So this make me believe they depots are just Junker flea markets, hotels, bars, and vice clubs.

They probally spend most of thier time liveing on thier ships. Additionally they own a ship yard with capital ship building capabilities. Probally with a focus on refirbishing old ships. I think a Junker reunion would have ships from all accross Surius with the fewest from Kusari present. All those ships would probally have Corsair or Outcast aligned weaponary.

One does not deal with two of the most dangerous factions in the game and live because thier a broke joke.

Just because they have not shown thier hand like the Zoners with thier Juggernaught doesn't mean they dont have something.

The Junkers most powerful weapon is folks underestimateing them. They are not the just some band of hooligans in CSVs, think of that as you first car daddy buys you. Then you earn your way to a bigger house and get something you can fit your babes, drug, and guns in.

Junkers are not poor. They can buy cardi on a regular basis and resale it too. You dont see Outcast or Corsair stations in the core systems. But you do see Junkers why because they can hang and the other have tried and failed or just cant.

I have a talarca cruiser for my Junker in Culebra's family, nobody has noticed a problem with my RP, a few have commented on the "good stuff" i filter through System chat every now and then. i have recieved no "wtf why is a junker flying a cruiser" ever. my rp is that it has been scrapped together, from the Culebra smelter, it was put together there and launched. currently it is part of the many things of "Culebra Family".
I'll soon write a story for the ol' bugger.

Oh and refering to Jeanne as the Xeno Hitler just reinforces the notion that Xenos are Nazi's and they aren't. Not even close. They are isolationist, closer to communist than fascist.

Well of course Xenos aren't Nazis...they aren't as smart and don't have sinister uniforms (unless you count "clown shoes" as a uniform).

We are finding by adding rust and rock "seekers" to our missiles they get much better results in combat against Xenos.

Also, we have added "shiny pebbles" to our countermeasure flares and Xenos chase after them every time they are deployed.

We might be on to something here.
