Its all balanced, nothing needs to be changed. They have only 4 guns btw, compared to 6 Heavy Flashpoints on a Heavy Fighter or VHF its nothing srsly. The Energy Drain is huge, its ok. I'm talking about the Interceptors like Liberator and Scimitar, the advanced ones, cause the other ones are LFs, like Starflier, Dagger, Patriot (Those one shouldn't have Interceptor Guns imho, that'd be OP cause they're realy agile).
A post proving that sombody isnt reading what im saying.

you obviously dont have a faction built around them. or fly them to any serious combat capacity.
Uhm I wasn't referring to your post, I posted about the generic idea of this. As a matter of fact I didn't read what you've wrote yup thats why I posted my own opinion and nothing related to your post
All I will say is, I was in the Gamma raid last night. The ones still left in LF's were dodging and flying perfectly to stop me from landing a CB hit. You also used your CM and you also used your agility to avoid them nicely. You did not ever CD me. No one did. You could have made all 25 CB's blow up in my face if you did. Whenever CM droppers get more ammo, you will have even more to spam if you feel it isn't working because sometimes it doesn't I know. And I heard that missiles will have a slight rework in tracking and firing arcs. As a person who loves flying LF's, I feel this is perfectly fine. LF guns can do 3k+ damage each. When factions get them and you are able to use slow refire, high damage LF guns. You can use hit and run tactics that can be seriously scary and damaging.
Point is, I feel that it is fine. You have 70 CD's, 60 CM's (Soon more) and agility to make a CB not work. Fly poorly in a LF and "get wrecked". Same as always.
a weapon that requires 0 effort on your behalf and maximum effort on the recieving end to avoid an instant kill is an unbalanced weapon. Regardless of any argument posed against it.
Well, when the new missiles are out, we will see if it still so bad. Personally, I don't think CB's track that well and can be countered relatively easily. Plus you only have 25 of them. Spamming is never an option. So I do think it requires at least some effort to make them work.
