But inRP, which is what counts (because if we go for ooRP then the LNS swarm would have conquered all of Sirius long ago), they have a small and unimportant front with Rheinland - who could throw everything at Liberty and take Texas, giving the Volksrevolution the chance to begin and we end up with Rheinland Exiles - and a currently-equal one (if you add in all their allied caps in the area) with Gallia.
Heres the thing about cap fights, and why I in general don't really take "gank" complaints very seriously.
If you were heavily outnumbered, and had no possibility for reinforcements, why did you engage?
And if you were in a fight where the battle suddenly turned against you, why didn't you attempt to flee?
If you get yourself into a fight that you obviously can't win, loose, and then complain you couldn't win, then whos faults that?
Either accept that these ganks do and will continue to happen, or learn when to cut your losses and leave.
And I know people love to get into the "Oh but Liberty always ganks" arguments, I have been a Liberty Navy indie for 3 years and I can tell you right now I can say in 100% confidence that I have been ganked FAR more often than I have ganked myself.
Its impossible to balance fights 100% unless all ships have the same guns/shields/hitpoints/energy/ship model/ship size, people only complain when they're being ganked, not when they're ganking.
