I was poking fun at Frozen. You mentioned that many hold Cap VIII as a thing of prestige and great value, but he has... more cap VIIIs than I have ships, probably. They start losing their impact as 'woot I'm awesome I have a cap VIII'. 'tis nothing to worry about.

Worst part is that Frozen doesn't trade. He started the arms industry, and has been reaping the profits ever since...
I use cap 6 on my Tenabras I meen sure I'd like cap 8 but my ships already over powered as it is.
Few people can actualy kill it. Alone.
If I had the money for cap 8 it would really just be for show.
That and a good RP base for what is already the Tenabras Class Battleship.
